El edificio es muy viejo, la alberca super sucia, los baños de la habitación parecen públicos y no sale agua caliente. Nos tocó que estaba fresco el ambiente y en la habitación nunca funcionó el calefactor. A demás que el ruido del cuarto de a lado se escuchaba demasiado. No vuelvo!!

Todo muy mal. No os alojéis aquí. Lo barato sale caro. Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel nada más llegar, habían tenido además una avería y nos querían meter en una habitación con todo chorreando y la solución que nos dieron era poner cubos y toallas por el suelo…Al quejarnos nos llevaron a otra habitación todavía peor que cada paso salía del suelo agua de toda la acumulación de la avería. Un horror. Ojalá pudiera subir vídeo. Suciedad y humedad por todas partes y las instalaciones no las han cuidado desde hace años.

El aire acondicionado hace un ruido que parece que están golpeando la pared con un palo. En la ducha el agua cambia de totalmente fría a muy caliente sin motivo alguno. Cuando reserve, decía que el desayuno estaba incluido y cuando me registré me dijeron que el hotel no servia desayuno

Horrible estancia en este Hotel
Una experiencia horrible, el frond dest xon un holor horrible a humedad llegamos a las 3 y nos dijeron que los cuartos no estaban listos hasta las 4 le pedimos que nos dieron un cuarto en el 3er piso y nos dijeron que no estaban listos nos dieron en el 5to piso. Llegamos al cuarto y un olor horrible a humedad las camas parecian colchones de agua, los baños sucios los lavamanos manchados, el techo tenia una luz que parecía que se caía porque estaba rota. No limpiaron ni botaton la basuran del cuatro ni nos dieron toallas. Mi esposo y mis dos hijos se quedaron trabados en el elebador por 5 minutos. En fin no les recomiendo este hotel a nadie y menos si bienen con niños.

El peor hotel que me he quedado en la vida, al llegar el lugar tiene muy poca luz, haces el checking y vas al ascensor que el olor es terrible, está sucio completamente. Llego al piso 4 donde estaba mi habitación y por el pasillo huele a hierva que estaban fumando, entro a la habitación y el baño sucio, el toilet manchado de sucio de otras personas, las sábanas no estaban limpias y olían a vomito, había sucio y se ve que no limpiaron la habitación, el piso estaba mojado porque tenía mucha humedad y mi hija de 4 años se cayó y se dio un fuerte golpe. El olor es a viejo y a mal limpiado. No quería pasar la noche en ese lugar pero busqué otro sitio y estaban todos los hoteles soldout así que tuve que pasar la noche en el sitio porque no manejo de noche. Mi reserva fue con desayuno incluido pero no me atreví a probarlo. Apenas me desperté me fui. No nos pudimos bañar porque la ducha estaba sucia. Lo que más me molesta es que dice que es ideal para familia y el único día que tenía para pasar una noche agradable la perdí. Me siento estafado, por la calidad de hotel estoy seguro que nadie responderá a mi queja.

El hotel está muy descuidado y sucio. Recomiendo que vengan con toallas desinfectantes y más si tienen niños. Es cómodo y tienen una área de juegos bonito. El desayuno es take out y muy básico. De 10 puntos le doy un 5.5

Lo único bueno que recibi fue el servicio al cliente al check in. El check out la señora nada amable cuando nos dio el Desayuno. Habitacion se notaba que tenía mold y no ha sido bien tratada. El baño deteriorado y se veo sucio. La verdad no me volvería a quedar, menos mal se pago poco ósea q se podrida justificar las malas cosas pero he pagado económico en hoteles y en mejores condiciones. Debería de estar mejor el hotel ya que está a 5 min the Legoland

The rooms were clean but well worn. No charging ports on lamps like other hotels. Only 2 receptacles within reach plus 1 in bathroom. Construction outside started 0530…. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Bath tub not cleaned in a long while. Hairs in the tub. Mold around caulking at the floors. Electrical outlets would not hold plugs. Just fell out. Could not charge electronics. Employees complaining about other employees in front of guests. Breakfast appliances not working. Rude employees. Green pool water. Roaches on walls. Elevator is a hazard. Health department should close this facility down. Expedia should not keep this on their websites.

The property and room are nothing like the pictured. The pool is green and can’t swim in it due to the algae growing. I was double charged when checking in on my credit card. Both my son and I have had spiders crawl onto us and it took 45 minutes to check in due to a very outdated system. There are burn marks all over the furniture in the room, not small ones, large ones. The hotel is very outdated and not kept up. Smells like mothballs and the room had an overpowering bleach and Comet smell that gave me a migraine as soon as I walked in. The staff is not friendly and speak to each other negatively about the place and management in front of guests!! There are plenty of other hotels in the area!! Choose a different one!! Last week I stayed in a suite about 10 miles away for less money and had a great stay! This is the most disappointing stay and gross hotel I have stayed in, very poorly kept up, poorly staffed! Not at all what is pictured online! Best part is finding out that most of the people here were paying half of what I was charged on Expedia!! Yes, I’m paying $183 for what was supposed to be a nice room, others paying $90!!! So if you think your getting a good deal, nope, anywhere else it’s half the money to book!! For $90, yes it’s worth it, for over $180, not worth it, your not getting the room you think or hotel you think!!

My word for this hotel is shabby. The elevator never seemed to be swept. Our room was barely clean. I walked around in my socks and the bottoms were filthy. Obviously the floors are not regularly mopped. If these are the things I can see I wonder about the things that I cant.

Do NOT stay here. Unsafe, unclean, disgusting rooms. Everything. I mean everything is in disrepair. Smells and black mold everywhere. Water was off some of the time. Save yourself and your lungs and book elsewhere. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been.

Do not stay here. Especially with kids. It is dirty and falling apart. It’s loud and let’s say a hub for activities that aren’t family friendly. The front desk staff was impossible. Check in took over 45 minutes with only us there. We had two five year olds eager to beat Legoland who lost an hour of their time there due to complete insanity.

Terrible condition dirty and smelly... even the water to shower smell bad... super close to Legoland but NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL (the worst in my last 10 years using hotels) sadly to say it... elevator broke twice, mold in a bagel, dirty shower, smelly water, smelly and dirty carpets, sofa, room etc...

The place is filthy old and smells like it! Outlets didn’t work, heat didn’t work, poor water pressure, staff was fine but limited ability to help. Owners obviously do not care anymore which is sad because they are right outside LEGOLAND resort. -9

We got there, they gave us the room, went inside and the back door was wide open to the terrace, there was a water bottle on the side table like someone was there, felt very unsafe, paid 148.00 for one nite, that hotel should have been a 50.00 a nite hotel, the bed was noisy and bedspread was dirty! Btw they did give us another room, then the shower faucet was really hard to turn on, had to have maintenance come help me.
