Worst hotel we have stayed and multiple issues! DO NOT STAY HERE! First night checked in late and assigned room that fridge, hairdryer, and shower did not drain. Changed to another room that night for working shower. We left our stuff in the room and Do Not Disturb sign on the door when we left. When we got back late that night, our key did not work to let us in the hotel. Went to front desk to report key not working, she said we were not in the system. The same person worked the night before and remembered moving us to a different room and said someone was in our room. She went with us to knock on the door to see about all our belongings. The person would not open the door for the front desk staff. We had to call the police (Winter Haven Police Department is wonderful) to have the room opened. Our stuff was not in the room and the person at the front desk never knew where our stuff was. A man (guessing works there heard noise) went and got our belongings. Everything was thrown in bags - shoes put in trash bags with medication, clothes with drinks that spilled on clothes. Refused to call manager that night. Manager next day stated they followed protocol. Said they tried to call us but no missed calls on our phones. Wyndham Customer Support did Nothing. Could have been prevented - when moved our room changed for 3 nights. When arrived back, stated mistakenly discharge us and our stuff secured. Should have never had to escalate to calling police department.
