Me gustó muchísimo la atención de la recepción 2 ocacion que alquilo y la sra tiene un trato perfecto .es el único hotel que me llaman para confirmar mi estancia . No me gustó y pido a expidia exija un desayuno acordé al valor que uno paga .gracias

Me pareció buena y conveniente su localización cerca del parque que visitaríamos, Lego Land. Lo único que no fué del nuestro total agrado fué el buffette de desayuno. Era límitado a pancakes, yogurt, avena, y guineos. Si tenian café y jugos.

Desayuno incluido muy pobre
En servicio en general estuvo bien, pero dejo esta calificación por el desayuno que dicen que tienen incluido, realmente solo se era cafe y pancakes.

We went t breakfast by 9:00 and there where no food but Coffee and bananas and the dinner are was completely dirty and the tables were dirty. So I’m completely dissatisfied.

Worst hotel we have stayed and multiple issues! DO NOT STAY HERE! First night checked in late and assigned room that fridge, hairdryer, and shower did not drain. Changed to another room that night for working shower. We left our stuff in the room and Do Not Disturb sign on the door when we left. When we got back late that night, our key did not work to let us in the hotel. Went to front desk to report key not working, she said we were not in the system. The same person worked the night before and remembered moving us to a different room and said someone was in our room. She went with us to knock on the door to see about all our belongings. The person would not open the door for the front desk staff. We had to call the police (Winter Haven Police Department is wonderful) to have the room opened. Our stuff was not in the room and the person at the front desk never knew where our stuff was. A man (guessing works there heard noise) went and got our belongings. Everything was thrown in bags - shoes put in trash bags with medication, clothes with drinks that spilled on clothes. Refused to call manager that night. Manager next day stated they followed protocol. Said they tried to call us but no missed calls on our phones. Wyndham Customer Support did Nothing. Could have been prevented - when moved our room changed for 3 nights. When arrived back, stated mistakenly discharge us and our stuff secured. Should have never had to escalate to calling police department.

The hotel is very dated, so expect old carpets, bedding, and bathrooms. That said, it’s inexpensive. I had two connecting rooms which I specifically asked for room service to change bedding and towels and somehow that translated to “Do not service” which is inexplicable to me, but that tells you something about the staff. For one inexpensive, quick overnight it’s ok. Definitely not a two night spot.

The room was just ok. Bed was extremely firm and springy. The complimentary breakfast was different kinds of cereal. That’s all. No real complaints. Property was mediocre at best.

This property is old and next to an abandoned gas station. People all around it at night. Didn’t feel safe. Their website says breakfast until 9:30, but at 8:30 every was almost completely gone.

NO RECOMMENDED.The check-in was good also the person who took care of us was, but when we were sleeping and very bad smell came from the bathroom and we couldn't sleep well. Also, when we woke we found two roaches in the bath. We noticed the toilet was not held from the floor and was leaning to the side with an opening. We told the front desk lady and she told us they would take care of this. Before we left the hotel, I stopped again to confirm the instructions and the owner listened to me and the lady confirmed all would be good at the end of the day. We came back after 12 hours and the roaches, the toilet, and the bad odor was exactly the same and that was it. They finally changed us to another room but all the rooms are about the same.

There are stairs with no elevator so having a toddler and child, with tons of luggage was very inconsiderate and inconvenient occupying a 2nd floor accommodations. The reservation called for 4 but we kept only getting two towels. Room service kept interrupting our stay asking if we’re checking out. Each day of our stay

I Will say the hotel need at least elevator for disabled customer. Also, hallway smell that somebody or customer smoked marihuana in the room and better cleaning on bathroom. Beside that location and prices, it was good.
