La habitación no tiene microondas y tienes que bajar al lobby para usar el del lunch room. Me hospedé por el huracán Ian y me dieron mi habitación a las 11am sin cobrarme early check in. El desayuno muy bueno y la amabilidad del personal super nice

Está cerca de legoland, fácil acceso, tiene estacionamiento y el personal es muy servicial, habitaciones limpias y cómodas.

El hotel es tranquilo, buena localización cerca de red lobster y outback justo detrás de ambos restaurantes está el Hotel, muy conveniente si buscas cercanía con el parque de Legoland, como instalación es sencillo y básico pero acorde al precio.

El hotel es agradable pasamos un fin de semana con mis hijas y pudimos descansar muy bien... no hay servicio al cuarto diario desde el COVID pero nos mantuvimos muy bien pidiendo lo que nos hacía falta en recepción.

There are holes punched into the bathroom door. The pool has been shut down so we had to walk over to the other hotels pool. Not a huge deal but inconvenient.

It sounds like you had an eventful time! Those holes in the bathroom door sound concerning. Hopefully, it wasn't anything too serious. It's a bummer that the pool was shut down, but at least you had another option nearby. Did you manage to enjoy your time at the other hotel's pool despite the inconvenience?

The staff are the stars at this property but a refresh of the actual hotel is badly needed. It's also bad form to charge near-restaurant prices for what should be a free breakfast.

I would like to give a shout out to Amber and Chris. They were very welcoming, and friendly. Chris gave us some good information on maneuvering the Legoland park which was very helpful for people our age. We got to enjoy every minute of it with our grandson. Thanks a lot Amber and Chris!

A very comfortable room, lots of room, with good lighting, lots of plugs, comfortable bed. Annoying to have the fan go on every time you put on the bathroom light, however.

The hotel is nice- Susan the bartender is amazing and breakfast and dinner was delicious. The outdoor area is ok not many places to sit. Hotel sits on the same property as Hampton Inn and Outback so parking spots are limited if the hotel is packed. The area is under construction but there are plenty of restaurants, fastfood and groceries stores nearby

Everything was ok. Breakfast was very expensive so we did not eat at the hotel. There was a 2 hour power outage for an unknown reason after we got to our room.
