It was everything it was suppose to be. Our host thought of everything we would need. It was very clean and having a washer and dryer was great. Would recommend. Our host was so pleasant and could not have been more accommodating.

My wife is in a wheelchair and this property worked beautifully for us! The owner was wonderful in working with us ahead of time, taking measurements of doors, etc. and was terrific in all our communications. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well appointed—we cooked several full meals there. It really had everything we needed in all aspects of our stay. The mattress on the king sized bed was pretty spongey and had a couple of significant dips in it, but mostly we slept ok. The double bed mattress was fine. The only thing you can't really tell from the photos is that there are no windows in one bedroom and only one small window high in the wall in the other bedroom. There's plenty of light in the living spaces, though, and a nice private area for sitting outside. You can hear footsteps from upstairs sometimes, but not really voices, and we didn't find it to be a problem at all.

Our host was excellent! We were there for 6 weeks and during that time there was an ice storm and a snow storm. The host shoveled out the driveway and made sure we had everything we needed! The location and amenities in the studio apartment were excellent. The only notable issue is that because it is below other tenants,there is noise - notable but not disruptive.Ou stay was comfortable and memorable!

The apartment was very clean, warm, and smelled very inviting when we arrived. Plenty of dishes, but the coffee mugs and bowls were hard to reach (we are under 5'5'). The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than 2 towels for a 5 night stay. Yes, there was a W/D but no detergent. Luckily I packed my own, I had to wash the bedding the first night due to an upset stomach. Had an issue with the dryer that the owner was able to help us with. The only other downside was the lack of rugs upstairs. Things were very noisy well past midnight every night. We were usually gone by 7am and didn't return until after 8pm, so it was hard to relax. I guess that's why both bedrooms have noise machines. I did appreciate the ease of checking in and out and communicating with the owners. And the closeness to the hospital.

We really enjoyed this cozy comfortable pet friendly place. It was quite, clean and had everything we needed! Central location to all restaurants and other places. We will rebook if needed. The host was easy to reach and responded timely. Great spot and very clean!

Great place to stay!

My husband, myself, and our 11 year old dog stayed at this rental from Thursday to Sunday and really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable, great location to downtown and restaurants, was very clean and organized, and had plenty of space for us with the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Kitchen was fairly decently stocked as well and our dog appreciated the fenced back yard with plenty of green grass for her to do her business.Most importantly, the host was very responsive and friendly; for example, we were on autopilot Saturday leaving and locked the bottom of the door....host was very quick in getting back to me and was able to get that corrected before we returned to the house. While it does not impact my rating because we really enjoyed the place, I do think I should mention if you have a "reactive" trigger happy barking dog this might not be the best place to rent as you can hear the residents upstairs (this is a basement suite) pretty clearly/regularly. Thankfully our old dog is partially deaf (and fully lazy) so she didn't bark and get worked up about the noises like she would have as a puppy. Great place to stay!
