"JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. "No A/C broken, my guests left I spoke Victoria. Smoke alarm was chirping every 32 seconds. Someone came out to find, a second person tried to help. Victoria was aware and did nothing. Kitchen unusable utensils dirty there was even lipstick on the glasses. Mold was everywhere. Manager is aware of the credit card dispute is in process. "
