I stayed here when visiting my University of Vermont student over spring break. I was coming with my dog, so needed space that would allow for a pet, and I didn't want to have to eat out for every meal, so also wanted a comfortable, homey feel that would give us the chance to cook and eat together.This property is amazing! It's at the end of a quiet street and has a fenced in backyard that has a willow that drapes over the fence and is lit at night. Was so relaxing to sit in back at night, let the dog run around and watch the wind slowly move the willow branches.The owners take good care of this property and leave you with more than you'll need in terms of extras: a Keirig and a coffee maker, spices galore, pans and pots for every need, loads of glasses and flatware. A TV that allows you to log into any of the streaming services you have subscriptions, too, and two nicely sized bedrooms that were decorated and made to feel really cozy and warm.The bathroom floor is heated! And the water pressure is such that if you need a relaxing massage, all you need to do is take a long, hot shower and let the water beat against your back and shoulders. Shampoo, condition, body wash, all provided.We had such a lovely stay, and all the owners really ask is that you make sure the dishes are left clean (which is easy with the dishwasher) and the backyard is clear of any dog waste if you have a pet.Will absolutely stay again when in Vermont!

This house is so pretty! So many special touches throughout the house like beautiful window trim, artwork and the most amazing tree in the backyard! The location was perfect for us as it was close to Church St. and UVM. The best part for us was how dog friendly the his house is - fenced in back yard, dog bowls and treats and waste bags. Highly recommend!

Nicely updated comfy cottage with fenced in back yard was just perfect for our stay in Winooski/Burlington area. We loved sitting in the backyard in the evenings. The beautifully illuminated giant weeping willow tree was mesmerizing. We wished for a small fire pit to complete the ambiance in the cooling autumn air. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the kitchen has all you need for easy meal preparation. The location is perfect for exploring the northwest corner of Vermont and the Champlain Valley.

Very comfortable, well-appointed house in a great location! It had everything we needed and more: towels, bedding, toiletries, a fabulous shower, Keurig machine with K-cups, laundry facilities…..My teen boys were thrilled to have their own separate beds (one was a pull out couch). I loved the bench under the weeping willow tree as a spot to have my coffee and read. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely property. The pictures don’t actually capture the fine details they put into this place, from: quality bedding, a very comfortable pullout couch, extra bedding/pillows, duel shower heads, amplifier under the tv, outdoor lighting, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, new washer and dryer, dishwasher, the high end fixtures and finishes, and beautiful Pfatzgraff dinnerware, plus everything is labeled! This 2 bd/1ba house was truly comfortable for the entire family of 4 and our small dog. There are even conveniences available for the dog (bowls, bed, fenced in yard, poop bags)! The WiFi is great and allows for remote work as needed. The kitchen is completely adequate to make meals which we often did. Plus the area is safely surrounded by residential homes and easily accessible to Burlington, Stowe, and all the numerous State Parks within a 20 minute drive. This place is an absolute gem!

Wow

Wow what a nice neat place. Very clean, a HEATED bathroom floor!! Nice size yard totally fenced. Very nice neighborhood, felt safe. The owner sent information needed in a timely manner, was very quick to respond to my emails and very accommodating for our needs. Only 11 mins from the Vermont flower show in Essex junction. Restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable too!
