We stayed for the night as a family of four on the all inclusive package and had a superb time. We made great use of the pool, which the kids loved. The room was clean and tidy, food was good quality and service was spot on. It’s our second stay in the last few months and I’m sure we’ll be booking ...

Came to a room in the dungeons through a corridor that was not even decorated Room was okish but the toilet had not been cleaned and the bowl was full of dried urine stains

Hotel was fine but a bit tired and dated as are many hotels in blackpool. Room was clean and warm and plenty hot water in the shower. Enjoyed our stay. Taxi service was superb and easy to access from the hotel direct phone at the front desk.
