A couple of the rooms were a little outdated but that's to be expected with private owned villas. We were there for my daughter's wedding and overall, it was fabulous."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Condo was clean. Bedrooms and closets were roomy. Location was perfect. My adult kids and husband loved utilizing the bikes and riding all over the island. Host so graciously had an abundance of towels, beach towels, toilet paper and other essentials. Condo even has a high chair, playpen and dog crate for extra convenience to guests with little ones or pets. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. "We came for the RSM Classic and pretty much just needed a place to sleep and shower. This was perfect for us. It is kind of small but we knew that and were fine with it. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. It was very clean and the hosts were so incredibly nice. The only downside was the skylight let in the sun pretty early but the hosts had eye masks there just in case. There are a ton of other details like that that were nice such as motion sensor lights for the outside...

"Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel."

"Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. "Harbour Oaks Condos are the best rentals for your dollar in my opinion. They are clean, in a great location for a quick golf cart ride to the village and pier. This particular rental was updated and nice and provided all that we needed for a very enjoyable week long vacation. We were so sad to leave and come back to real life!"

"Overall everything was great. The ice maker needs to be repaired. Having it work would have been nice. It was an exceptional value! We were pleased. We had to repair a leak on the kitchen sink drain and we also cleaned a couple of spots (we did not make) on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The arm on one of the living room chairs is also broken. It was hanging off the side of the chair when we arrived."
