Guests have full access to the home, including:

NOTE: One owner's closet remains locked during guest stays.

• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Only registered guests are allowed onsite.
• Rental agreement/liability waiver required before check-in.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM.
• Please respect neighbors and local regulations.
• No commercial film/photography without written permission from host
