"What a wonderful country beach house! This house is charming and cozy. I love the older furnishings - of high quality. This is not an ikea house! I loved having breakfast on the back, screened in porch. Cooking in this well stocked kitchen with a pleasure. Our host was quick with communications and everything was very easy for us. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway!"

"This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. "This is a lovely quiet property on the water. It was the best supplied property I’ve ever stayed in with food in the cupboard and fridge and bath room toiletries, even an extra toothbrush. (Good thing because I forgot mine.) There’s plenty of room to spread out and even a pool table. Highly recommended for your next trip to this wonderful little corner of the world. "

"Although this property is a little far from “touristy”attractions, it is exactly what one hopes for on vacation. The house and property has all the amenities you could hope for; hot tub, community pool, beach and more. We loved spending time together in the backyard and watching the fish jump as the sun set. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and my son is already asking when we can come back. "

"We LOVED our stay and it was so relaxing. We traveled with an infant (5 months) and it went great. The Jacobs were so generous and offered us an early day check-in and late check-out free of charge.
