"This was the perfect Valentine's getaway weekend for us. I booked the stay as a surprise, and my partner loved it. We are already talking about coming back some time. It was tidy, intimate, and peaceful. We cooked over the fire the first night, then on the grill the next night because it was raining. Both days we saw ducks, geese, and deer. The drive in the mountains was lovely as well."

"This cabin is as exactly as promised. It is the perfect secluded retreat and getaway location. The amenities and house are well taken care of. During our stay, we had an issue with the hot water. In this day and age, it would be so easy to lose your cool, but we can't say enough about how responsive the owners were to take care of this problem and stay in contact with us regarding the issue. Not every host will do that. We sincerely hope to get back in the future."

The house is situated beautifully, well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, and had extremely comfortable beds. We loved being so close to the Old Rag trailhead, and also got to enjoy the local area as well. Elena (host) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend. "
