We stayed there for a weekend of going to keeneland race track, it was a little far from the track 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, but such a nice place at a fair price that we will definitely stay there again.

This farmhouse was ideal for us. We needed a place for a wedding weekend with lots of room, and this place was perfect. Four full bedrooms with plenty of other spaces to spread out, all in quiet countryside minutes from Winchester. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend!

Franklin Ridge Farms is a wonderful place to stay! The home and property are beautiful! The home is tastefully decorated and so accommodating! There really wasn't anything left to question. Amanda and Bill are quick to respond if there is an issue (which there were none). We all slept comfortably in our own rooms and also enjoyed the amenities on the property. We also got to visit with some of the animals! Overall a very lovely stay and we would highly recommend to other travelers!

The house was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Amanda & Bill are excellent hosts! Even the livestock on the farm are great. What a lovely property! We only got to stay one night, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The house is super roomy, with lots of comfy places to sleep. We enjoyed the game room immensely as we were winding down from a long day on the road. Easy access to food and shopping.

A Warm Hug Kinda Home

My family and I spent the night here to celebrate New Year. It has a family vibe in the upstairs, filled with antiques and collections related to life in the area. The downstairs is open and modern, a great play place for the kids. The host has filled the home with lots of goodies to make your stay comfortable.
