"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. "We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. "Good location. Not far from many interest places. Very clean and smells clean; all the basics are there. There are a few minor things that can be easily fixed: the main lock (ir works but you have to lift the door to make sure it’s closed), needs a darker blinder, softer pillows and urgently correct the bed frame noise. "I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "
