Sewer smell and problem
When we checked into the unit there was a smell in the downstairs and when we did a wash it smelled like sewer issue. The management company ran the wash and noted the problem. There was no further communication from management and the problem got worse during the week. One guest who has health issues was forced to leave due to the smell and we had to do laundry in town—a big inconvenience. To top it off the unit outside was getting painted this week and they were scraping and painting. I complained a few times and no solutions were offered and the people answering the phone would apologize but that did not help and the painting continued and the water/sewer smell continued. Very disappointing time there despite the unit being very nice and convenient. Management should have moved us to another unit if they could not fix the problem. We also had an infant that needed specific laundry and the fumes were a big issue between sewer and painting going on while he was trying to nap. I had asked for someone from management to call me w a solution and never happened
