You'll love this fun, modern apartment located on the second floor of one of downtown's historic mansions. The apartment was completely renoved from floor to ceiling and includes wood floors, tile accents, and a perfect blend of old world charm with new world style. This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment comes with designated off street parking, making it the perfect spot to explore all the restaurants, shops, and sites that downtown Wilmington has to offer.
You'll enter the apartment into the open concept living room and kitchen. The living room provides plenty of seating options, and the kitchen island has bar stool seating for dining. The updated kitchen features fun, pink cabinets, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. It's stocked with the essentials that you'd need to cook a meal during your stay. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a couple of arm chairs where you can sit and watch TV after a day of exploring. The updated bathroom has a large, tiled walk in shower.
Off of the living room, there is a small covered porch just for this apartment with a bistro table. It's a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee. This apartment allows you to park your car and explore downtown on foot for added convenience!
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated parking space in the gravel lot behind the house. We do have a locked closet for owner storage, but other than that you are able to use anything in the house. There are 5 other apartments in this house, but they all have a completely separate entrance. The only shared spaces are the backyard and parking areas.

To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.
A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.
Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.
Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
Location Information
One of the best parts of this location is its convenient access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. As a result, you may occasionally hear sounds associated with downtown living, including pedestrians, vehicle traffic, or aircraft overhead. Most guests find the area pleasantly active without being overly noisy.
