Felt right at home. The projector was not working when we arrived, but two days later the host had provided a TV for us to use in the living room. Home was clean and tidy- would be glad to stay there again.

Peaceful Oasis

We discovered this beautiful property as we researched a convenient place to stay as we passed through Wilmington on our way to Ocean Isle, NC. What a gem! Everything was as advertised and incredibly clean. The owner, Quenita was so cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home and everything it has to offer! We will definitely be back again in the future!!!

Great Property in Wilmington!

We visited Wilmington for a wedding and stayed at this property to be convenient to the wedding location. It was perfect! The property was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was fantastic with communication and if we had needed anything, I am sure she would have taken care of it immediately. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Quiet Oasis

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful Wilmington home for 4 nights. We are considering moving to Wilmington so we used this trip to explore different neighborhoods in the City of Wilmington.The house is located in a quiet section of Wilmington about a 12 minute drive from the airport. The house is beautifully remodeled with modern day features. Everything is made with quality in mind. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. I love the center island in the kitchen that also serves as a dining table. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. I had to look at the mattress to see what brand it is as I now want one myself. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled with plenty of space. I loved having a hot tub and pool to use as the temperature outside was in the 90's. It was so nice to have the pool in the privacy of our own yard. There is a gas grill available in the yard to use. There are beautiful gardenia bushes in the yard that fill the area with the most intoxicating fragrance. Quesnita, our host, was very good at communicating with me. She would return my emails within minutes. She was very warm and welcoming and truly cared about our well being. My wife and I would be delighted to spend another trip at Quenita's house.

My family's time here was wonderful. Plenty of space for us all and super clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely use this house again if I am ever in the area for an extended stay. I also cannot forget the hospitality of the host. Thanks again!!!

One of the best for good reason

This home isn’t just one of the best Vrbo stays I’ve experienced… it’s the best, hands down. It’s perfectly situated between downtown Wilmington and the beach, it offers unbeatable convenience with a grocery store just minutes away and a peaceful, charming neighborhood to come home to. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and then some.We made full use of the spacious kitchen, the beautiful backyard (which has one of the nicest hot tubs I’ve ever used), and the awesome projector setup that made for some unforgettable movie nights. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and very respectful. She was especially helpful as this was my first time booking a Vrbo on my own. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking, do it! you won’t be disappointed. My friends and I had an amazing time and I hope you will too!

The property is clean with tasteful decor. It had everything we needed. When I saw how close we were to the airport and interstate I was concerned about noise but it was NOT an issue at all! We all found our beds to be very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again

Best Wilmington Retreat

My group and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Peace of Happiness! It had everything you could need. It was clean, had amazing amenities, and Quenita, our host, was lovely! She responded quickly and was extremely helpful! The projector screen was so cool and perfect for movie nights! The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day! I recommend booking with Quenita and would absolutely book again as well!
