Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need!!The living space is so much bigger than the pictures so wonderful for large families. The outdoor area has a ton of seating options and the view is unbeatable. The beach outside the house feels private because it’s in between the public more busy areas. Kids LOVE the downstairs —the games are plentiful!

We had an amazing stay and Jimmy the property manager was out of this world fantastic. He met us there and showed us everything about the house and was available for questions at any time. We hope to go back next year! The house and pool were amazing and the view was spectacular! The house had everything we needed and it was so nice that they had beach and pool towels and chairs for us to use.

Absolutely Perfect! We’ve been coming to Kure beach for 9 summers and this was the first time in this house. The only bummer is that we didn’t find it sooner, it exceeded our expectations! Jimmy was so helpful and an amazing house manager!

House was perfect for our family of 23. The property manager was wonderful and responded quickly to our needs. The pool had nice entry steps and seats along the edges. The beach was a short walk and easy to do. The local grocery stores had everything we needed. We would like to stay again in the future.

Spectacular

We just got back from our amazing stay for the 4th of July week. The owners Pat and Al answered any questions I might have had and the property manager Jimmy was always available with any last minute questions. The house was spectacular inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and the location was a short drive to restaurants. I am hoping to come back and stay again and would recommend this vacation home to all my friends and family. Thank you Pat and Al for sharing your home so our family could make amazing memories.

Our family has stayed at different beach house over the last 10 years every year and this house was by far the best home we've stayed in. The pool area was amazing! Jimmy the property manager was phenomenal. He checked on us regularly and really made it an easy experience. We will definitely be back!

This is THE beach house!

Out of dozens of rentals we have stayed in, zero compare to this house. It is like staying at your own home. They say bring your clothes and food - they are not kidding!!!!! We could have left beach chairs, shade, etc at home. We had a party of 13 and had tons of space. The living room and kitchen are perfecting for socializing. The beds are very comfy. The layout is perfect. The downstairs was great for our teens. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. All the pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and even spices. There are tons of paper products in the bathroom. The back porch has great afternoon shade and the pool was a HUGE hit. The hosts are excellent communicators and Jimmy (property manager) meets you when you arrive. He explains the house and all the amenities. His communication exceeds all expectations. This is THE house to rent.

Amazing Beach House & Pool

This house has everything! Spacious rooms, beautiful deco, incredible master bedroom, awesome family room, wonderful kitchen/dining area, great recreation room, and each of the bedrooms and bunk beds were great! The deck was so much fun - lots of great furniture to relax and party. The pool was big and we were in it for many hours during our stay. This house has everything you need and more for an amazing vacation. We made many wonderful, fun memories during our stay. Would highly recommend this beach house. The owner and manager were awesome to work with too!

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. Jimmy the property manager was great. Between the beautiful pool are and the beach we really didn't feel the need to leave the property. Would definitely love to return.

Best stay ever

Parents and kids had the time of their lives. It's an absolutely beautiful home with lots to do. Everyone had fun at the beach and pool with beach and pool items provided. The shuffle board table was a big hit with everyone joining in a tournament play.

Great location and amazing home!

Couldn't have had a better time. Everything we needed was there and it was built to be enjoyed. The pool, hot tub and short walk to the ocean was enjoyed non-stop. Communication was excellent. Looking forward to renting again.

Spacious family friendly beachfront home

Our family enjoyed all of the space to gather and loved the ocean views. The pool was a good size and we loved the walkway to the beach and walked every morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. We love Kure Beach for the quiet “away from the crowds” feel and didn’t leave the island all week. Thank you Pat and Al for sharing your beatiful home. Jimmy was so helpful and we appreciated him meeting us at check in. Hope we can come back again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. We had an issue with the hot tub that was remedied in just a couple of hours. Thanks to the property manager, Jimmy, that answered or resolved any situation without hesitation.

Stunning Property

This home was the nicest we’ve stayed in. Almost everything was perfect. Because they live in the house part of the year, the quality of everything was better than most beach rentals. Very well appointed and we really didn’t need for much of anything. The beds are very comfortable as is the rest of the furniture. Plenty of seating and space. It’s big enough of a home that you can get away from the group if you needed too. Kitchen had everything you couple possibly need. The pool was fantastic and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. And the walk to the beach was great. No hills or much to deal with so good for our older guests. Only negatives I could point out was no elevator, but the stairs are wide and sturdy. Totally doable. The parking was tight. Two cars in the garage and 2-3 in the drive. And it is on the busy road. That being said, road noise wasn’t really an issue. We just had to play musical cars often. We would recommend this property and would stay again.

Best vacation ever!

Home was clean, exceptionally well stocked and perfect location. Plenty of space for ages 8-67 to have fun and privacy. Enjoyed the ocean and pool from morning until dark. Check in and out was very easy.

Special Place

Our family of 17 - ages 16 to 77 - so enjoyed our stay. Nonstop games at the table on the porch and in the house - card table had a puzzle going and our family set up interactive Jeopardy and Family Feud on the TV. The living area had plenty of seating for all to spread out but still be together. Cooked in all but one meal including 4th of July cookout. Great kitchen with two refrigerators and counter space, pantry and supplies. Cornhole tournament on the beach, lots of pool time and games and surfing, swimming and floating in the ocean especially in the morning. In spite of the heat the covered porch was pleasant in the morning and late afternoon and evening with a nice breeze and fans. Napping and reading too. Brought a shade (Shabumi) for the beach which was needed. We laughed - we all have older appliances and felt pretty stupid in the kitchen! Jimmy was so helpful with a thorough check in and answering questions during the week and helping us with a low country boil setup. Relaxing, fun week together in our own little world!

Property management was great. House is well cared for with a well stocked kitchen. A very spacious house with a beautiful pool and ocean front location. Stayed with our adult children and our six grand children who range in age from 7 months to 19 years. Everyone was happy.

Family Gathering

The home was great! We have small children and a baby for our gathering and everyone had a blast. The kids loved the bunk beds and everyone enjoyed the pool. Perfect location to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Pat was a great host and Jimmy was responsive on site and gave a thorough walkthrough when we arrived. We hope to return soon!
