Second floor unit accessible by elevator or stairs. Parking is in a garage/deck directly across the street. Apple maps told me my car was 500-600 yards away.Great place and communication by owner. I would definitely stay here again.

The Elephant on market was nothing short of amazing! Paula was so attentive and sweet! She checked on us after our first night and answered within minutes when we needed something. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing! I love the all the decorations and everything about this place. It was so nice to not have to worry about paying for parking daily as well because a spot is also provided for you. I love the downtown area and have restaurants and shops so close. Thank you for a perfect stay!

The place was beautiful and clean. The location was great for walking around Willmington. It is within walking distance to the waterfront and almost everything else.

This is a great apartment. It had everything we needed. It was clean with all the amenities. The place was close to plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee cafés and shops.

One of the best places we’ve stayed while on vacation. The property is right in the middle of downtown Wilmington. Once you park your car, in the parking garage right across the street, with the provided parking pass, you won’t need it the rest of your stay. We really enjoyed Wilmington, but were so thankful for a relaxing place to come back to, especially since our stay was during a level 3 weather day. My favorite part of the property was the shower, I’ve never taken such a relaxing shower! Paula has made sure that everything you need is provided so you can enjoy your stay. She also provided some of the best communication as a host that I have experienced. When I think about our trip to Wilmington, our stay at the Elephant on Market will be one of the best parts!!

What a wonderful place to stay. My daughter and I enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington and the location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to so many fun spots and even with all the bars around it was still quite. We did have an issue with the air conditioning since it was so hot while we were there, but Paula responded and took care of it. We will definitely come back.

The excellent location and accommodations were beyond my expectations! Such a beautiful place in the heart of downtown Wilmington!! Paula is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with across all vacation rental platforms. Above average communication and excellent instructions for my stay! Hostess with the mostest! Paula was such a kind and wonderful host, she truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was not only thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but also perfectly located in the center of town, making it so easy to get everywhere. Truly a hidden gem, we can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was considered here down to the smallest detail. Having a parking spot was awesome and so was the proximity to walk to so many restaurants and the river. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Great rental and experience!

We had the best time during our stay. Paula was very detailed in her instructions of how to check in, what was at the rental, and was prepared for anything else we might have needed during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!!

This place is better than the pictures. Exceptionally clean, comfy beds and linens, perfect location and EVERYTHING you need and more. Communication with host was quick and easy. Detailed check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Great stay for New Year's!

Our stay at Elephant on Market was great!. Perfect location - walk to the river, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The parking spot across the street was so convenient. Very nice accommodations and did not need for anything. Host thought of all the extras! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay!
