Staci was accommodating and even though she was on the other side of the country, and there was a big time difference she would answer my questions promptly. She also allowed us to check in one hour early. At the price point for the rental, it was a better choice for us than 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights. The house was also conveniently situated to the various events we attended downtown. The house was clean, especially the bathrooms, but this is a very lived-in home. The beds are comfortable, but the bedding is in poor condition. My daughter’s sheets and bedspread had stains on them. We washed everything hoping it would look better, but it was definitely stained. The washcloth she was given to use looked like a frayed rag. That was also true of my sister’s washcloth. The sheets that my husband and I slept on, as well as the sheets my sister slept on were pilled from top to bottom, making them rough and uncomfortable. I know that this is not Staci’s personal residence, so I think that this may be a case of the cleaning crew not paying attention to details, but it is typically the details that make or break a stay.
