  • Enjoy morning sunrises and beach breezes from the porch of this beautiful home. Just three blocks from the beach, this elevated 3 bedroom coastal cottage is the perfect place to relax. Located just 3 blocks (10 minute walk) from all that Carolina Beach offers….the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. This freshly painted home features a spacious open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include hardwood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a large table, spacious living room with a 50” flat-screen television and DirecTV. The large master bedroom includes a private deck. Outdoors, the house has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and a large enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are free Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table. Several bicycles are available, or bring you own to ride the Island Greenway or Carolina Beach State Park. You can enjoy books, games, and plenty of puzzles.

Great place to stay in Carolina beach! Steve was very responsive. It could be cleaned a little better between guests but still a good place to stay.

Winter weekend in Carolina beach

Great location and nice property. Was perfect for family with 5 kids. They really enjoyed riding the bikes and plenty of room for everyone to watch TV in the evening.

Loved this property for our family!

The property was clean and spacious! The property owner was very pleasant to work with and prompt to respond to our questions. Great place for a great price. Will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Beach Weekend

We had a great weekend at the beach with our family. Great location and plenty of space for all. The kids especially enjoyed the bicycles. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing house

The house has large space, very close to the beach (7mins aprox walking) and restaurants; it is close to everything you need, you can also walk to all the places. Rooms are big enough to welcome a large family, kitchen is big, clean and well equipped for prepare your meals. I highly recommend this place!

Awesome!

Awesome as always! This is our third year coming back to stay here and we always have a great time! Very walkable location to both the beach and restaurants. We had fun riding bikes around and found a new bike path!

The perfect place

This place was very clean and was the perfect place for us to stay. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed it. So close to the boardwalk but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Thanks goes out to Steve the host and we will be back!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property! The kids loved the bunk beds and all the games were perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Close to the Ft. Fisher aquarium and not a far drive from the USS North Carolina. We throughly took advantage of all the local food and shops. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Home in a Great Location

Second year in a row staying at this home. It's beautiful, spacious, well maintained, close enough to walk to the action but not too close for peace and quiet if needed. Our family loves this home and this location. Steve is responsive and very easy to contact if needed. Thanks for everything!

Amazing time at this beautiful property! It's a MUST stay!

The place was just as listed. It was beautiful and the owners were very nice. We definitely plan on renting this place again when the weather gets warmer. It only took us about 7 min to walk to the beach. all of the neighbors were really nice as well. Once again , this is a must stay rental. We def enjoyed ourselves and we are sad to leave .

Great place to stay!

The property was just as described. Very comfortable. It was within walking distance of the beach, dinner, and dessert. We must've come during the of season because it was very quiet, which was great for us. Steve was very easy to communicate with; he answered all of my questions during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. There were bikes for us to use. When we needed to communicate with the owner, he got back to us within minutes. It was extremely relaxing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house!
