The location was super convenient and close to the boardwalk area! There were shops, food, and bars within walking distance. The beach access is right across the street and everyone in the area was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The condo was clean and the perfect size for 4 people. I would stay here again :)

You cant beat the location!!! Walking distance to the boardwalk, amusement park, every type of food you can imagine - donuts to dinner!! The condo was perfect size for our family of 5, with 2 toilets being an absolute necessity. Walking one block to the beach with public showers on the way was perfect for keeping the sand invasion to a minimum. We didnt use the pool, but it looked very clean and it was nice to have the option! And the fireworks were set off in direct view from the balcony.... we will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Excellent location

Very clean, responsive property manager, five minute or less walk to the beach, conveniently close to local restaurants and activities. My only concern was that a shelf of heavy glass containing the cable box fell off the wall in the middle of the night, narrowly missing my friend’s head as she slept on the pull out section of the day bed. It was anchored into the drywall, and considering the weight of the shelf, it probably should be anchored into a wall stud to prevent falling in the future. The property manager responded pretty quickly the next morning, but it’s concerning that the shelf was replaced in the same holes, as this could happen again and someone might not be so lucky next time. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Carolina Beach and it was probably the best time I’ve ever had at the beach. The condo was perfect for us even though we had six people. We had no issues whatsoever. Everything was clean and the condo had all the amenities we needed. The best part about the condo is the location. It’s within a few minute walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. We highly recommend walking to the Fat Pelican for a cold adult beverage and trying some of Squigley’s delicious icecream. Also we recommend the short drive to Kure beach and Fort Fisher (especially the aquarium), and the longer drive to check out Wilmington. We had an awesome time and we owe a lot of that to our location. We got engaged during our stay and will always have that connection to the area and the condo! We hope to come back soon! Thanks again!

Wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Carolina Beach at this condo. It is located perfectly. I was worried there would be noise at night but everything was peaceful even though we were within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely return to this condo again.

Enjoyed our time

The property is centrally located to everything. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped, and they had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We would have liked to use Netflix, but couldn’t quite figure out if it was available. Regular cable worked fine.

Great location for the price

It's a great, 1-bedroom condo that's close to everything. While not beachfront, the short walk to the beach was easy. Right in the middle of restaurants and close to the boardwalk.

A great vacation home in Carolina Beach

We really enjoyed staying in Carolina Beach at this hotel! There is a pool and so many places close by that you can just walk to, such as great restaurants, stores, and plenty of things for all to see.

Disappointed this time- Won't be back

After being very pleased with our stay in 2021, we put this on top of our list for 2022. Nothing appeared to have changed until the mold/mildew encrusted shower head was noticed. After contacting the owner, I was told the shower head was scheduled to be replaced. When I questioned the overall cleanliness, I was told property management and the cleaner(s) were "top notch" and nobody else had complained. If you read the reviews, that statement isn't entirely true as there are other complaints. Knowing the toll coastal life takes on structures I left it alone, but I did clean the moldy/mildewed handheld shower head. Otherwise, I would have removed the head and put it back when we checked out. The crusty shower head made for unpleasant showering as we tried to avoid the water dripping from shower head. The second to the last night of our stay I discovered a roach under the covers of my bed. We did not sleep in the bedroom and checked out a day early as a result. The owner downplayed the incident, IMO, by informing me the roach was a palmetto bug, which is still a roach. I get insects do what insects do but, I draw the line when they crawl where I sleep and where no consolation was provided by the owner (replacing the sheets, offering to have someone take care of problem, a credit for the night last night) or the property management company that never responded to my email. This is very unfortunate because the location is great. Walking distance to the beach, entertainment, & restaurants. We won't be back.

Great location

Clean functional little condo, 2 min walk to beach. Easy to drive or walk to local resteraunts and board walk. Enjoyed our stay, did not expect more or less from this rental. Thank you for including linens. Stocked kitchen met our needs.

The accommodations were very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The children loved getting to go to the pool at the end of the day and walking to Squigley’s for ice cream. Everyone had an amazing time!

We had a fabulous week with the family. This condo is amazing, well equipped and well decorated, we loved it! You can see the beach from the condo, it’s less than 5 minutes walking to the beach. I recommend this beautiful condo to anyone. Perfect size for a family. We’ll stay again
