"I can't really comment on the accuracy of property description. There was a problem with the original house, but our host was able to accommodate us with a different house close by. We only stayed one night as a stop over, but she was quick to respond with questions. The house was clean but the yard hadn't been mowed in awhile."

"I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication. Bad policy having to go...

Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!"
