Very nice suite
Very nice suite with wonderful amenities. Gorgeous bed. Jetted tub. Cable, Apple TV and more. Lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. Neat rain shower with a slate floor - no walls. Grear host. Quiet property. Fully recommend for a weekend getaway.

Lovely stay
This loft style VRBO was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It’s in a beautiful location and the hosts are amazing. Some of the appliances were a bit out of date and the place could use a little sprucing up. But overall it was perfect for me and my husband.

Great couple getaway!
It was so nice to stay at the River Rock room. As all the other review say, the hot tub and bed were our favorite. Everything was very nicely labeled and communication with Rick was clear. A lovely getaway!

Rick was a grest host. The place was just as described. Clean, had detailed information and instructions on what was of use, well stocked...they thought of everything and then some! We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in candelight! 10/10 recommend

Birthday getaway
My husband and i rented your poperty for his birthday. Your place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, inviting and had everything we needed and than some. From the towels, candles, robes and bath salts to the kitchen with supplies, ice in the freezer and i even found sewing supplies but we didnt need that. We only live 10 minutes away but it gave us a chance to reconnect and spouses and get a break from our 3 teenage daughters. Lol...we will definetly would like to rent this property again in the near future. We've already told many friends about your wonderful place. Thanks allowing us to rent your place. We felt like we were at a resort.

Relaxing getaway
This property is amazing - so many special details. Very clean and stocked with everything you need and more! Comfortable bed and jetted tub is so relaxing. Location is great - had no trouble finding places to eat - close to Lancaster outlets. Would definitely stay again when we travel to Lancaster.

My girlfriend’s review
I felt like I was in a medieval fairytale the second we opened the door! This house is beautifully intricate. Every draw had essentials. There were options for light drinks like a variety of tea, hot cocoa, & coffee. There was dish soap & plenty of hand soap all throughout the house. The bathroom was very pleasant with necessities, essential oils, & candles. I didn’t enjoy the waterfall shower head but of course, the jet tub made up for it. It’s something my man always steak out for us when traveling. The only thing missing in the bathroom was body wash but how could one complain when you’re truly treated like you’re home away from home? Most importantly, there was even a detailed binder of how to navigate the home & recommendations for your stay. All of this was elegantly written by hand. At times, we travel with board games but this was the first stay that actually provided them for us. Bless your heart for all of your consideration. We checked out knowing this home will always be cherished between us two! We shall return! Hopefully, when it’s snowy so we can enjoy the scenery that this home offers. Please take better pictures soon because it doesn’t give the credit it deserves.

Enjoy Lancaster, PA Area
Wife and I stayed in this wonderful room for 4 nights and had a great time visiting the Lancaster area. Description of the room says it all though the bathroom with soaking tub and heated floor was a highlight for us. Close to many interesting sights (Amish country, downtown Lancaster, Hershey 1 hr away, local walks around house). Would stay again and recommend for couples looking to get away to enjoy some time together.

This property was exactly as promised! Beautifully furnished with any necessity (and extras!) we could possibly need. The bed was especially comfortable and the double Jacuzzi SO relaxing after fun filled days. It was a beautiful and quiet location, but still near to so many things we wanted to do. Perfect getaway from our busy lives
Clean, well-stocked, the hosts thought of every little detail (the little notes everywhere were a pleasant treasure hunt). The bathroom is an experience (in a good way) and the bed was huge and very comfy. Extremely quiet surroundings in a wooded area, but close enough to the town, Lancaster Lititz and restaurants (Mick's All American Bar and Grill is a highlight and Addy is the best waitress ever!). We visited the pretzel factory, the Amish village and Kitchen Kettle Village, I can recommend those if you want to do some touristy things :-) Overall a nice 4 day getaway!

Overnight get away
My family and I enjoy visiting Lancaster and visit several times a year. My wife and I booked this room for an overnight get away. The room had everything you would need for an overnight trip. The host left detailed notes that answered any questions you may have. The room was secluded and away from the city but still close enough to enjoy all of the attractions of the area. We would book again for another overnight couples get away.

We loved the privacy of the unit and the farm across the street where guests were welcome to walk! There are2 seating areas outside with a fire pit that we enjoyed as well. We ran into the delightful owners one afternoon, very friendly. A good experience.

We had a great time staying at Rick’s place! It was very clean and had a TON of amenities. I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy it all more! If you’re looking for a relaxing, private spot to spend time with your spouse this is a great place.

Quiet Escape with an Eclectic Luxurious Feel
Perfect weekend getaway. We had a blast! 20 minutes drive from Sight & Sound Theater. Owners are an artist and a musician and the home reflects their personalities. Every detail is meticulous. Large, gorgeous bathroom with an open rain shower and a jacuzzi tub with a rock wall backdrop and heated stone tiles...lovely gas fireplace. Cozy stay for a couple!

I can say without a doubt this was, by far, the best VBRO we've stayed ever. They literally thought of EVERYTHING anyone could need or use. Anything from appliances to information about the property and the surrounding area. The room and property was very clean and gave us instant relaxation from check in to check out. The room is lovely. Lots of artwork to enjoy. Very cozy, with a easy to turn on fireplace. The bathroom is amazing. The hot tub and heated floors make it exceptional. While there is not a stovetop, there are plenty of cooking options: electric wok, convection oven, microwave, etc. Just charming.

Amazing.
There was literally nothing these owners didn’t think of to make your stay here a great one. From a heated bathroom floor to the amazing decor of everything in the room. It was beautiful. Located in a beautiful quaint location. Comfortable bed plenty of pillows and chairs and the jets in the tub were awesome!! Spotless clean and the outdoor seating even tho it was chilly was so nice. I literally cannot say enough good about this place.

Absolutely loved it here :) super cute when walking in, and the attention to detail with instructions and information throughout the place as well as local recommendations was such a nice touch.
