Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. Room and bed very comfy. Bistro had good quality and good range of food. Location is wonderful. American River is a sleepy little town and good location to see the rest of Kangaroo Island.
