"Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. ..."

"We were in the paddocks, bed was a little small and the safe was locked, did inform reception and credit to them they did offer to come out but we declined as only there for one night. Bathroom needs an overhaul, water took ages to warm up ."

Room situated directly under toilet, so distrubed all afternoon whilst resting before evening with the sound ..."
