"As expected for cost and location. Room was clean and fit our needs for an overnight during our roadtrip. This location was much more economical than right downtown for the date we visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was not close but was convenient location for the next step of our trip. Bed was comfy."

"Lovely historic building with full amenities. No “gym”, but who needs than when the neighborhood is walkable: Cleveland Botanic Garden and Case Western Reserve Univ. surround the property. Hope to have another oppt’y to stay!"

"The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump."

"The staff is terrible, they don't help customers, and even if you pay extra, they don't change anything. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are filthy, the sheets are stained, the floor is dirty—it's a horrible place."
