"Great hotel so close to the airport only a 5 minute ride! Nice breakfast and restaurant open late along with room service 24/7. The rooms were clean and modern! Definitely recommend."

"Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents ."

"Epic breakfast buffet! Surprising only that there was no S Indian coffee offered in the breakfast. A measure of the western client focus? Rooms were great and nice views of the city and backwaters. Very helpful staff."

"Hotel nuevo, habitaciones amplias y buen desayuno. Excelente relación calidad precio, cerca del aeropuerto "

"Buenísima ubicación para visitar Fort Kochi. Tranquilo y alejado de las zonas de marcha. Muy recomendable"

"Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."

"Lo único angustiante y estresante es sentir la presión que les genera a algunos empleados, tener que obtener reseñas y/o retroalimentación por parte de los huéspedes, sobre su desempeño. Para nosotros todos los empleados del Le Meridien realizan un extraordinario trabajo, desde quien nos recibe en la primera entrada en el auto, hasta las mujeres que en silencio y disciplina realizan su labor en los jardines. No nos gusta escoger entre una sola persona para hablar de su labor, porque sería muy...

"Hallways need new carpet or proper deep clean."

"We communicated few times with the facility to pick us from the airport. The type of car and the rate was agreed to, but when we arrived no driver was there. After waiting for about 30 minutes we called the driver at the number provided to us. The driver said no one told him to pick us from the airport. We then took a prepaid ride from Airport which was only 1/3rd of the amount we agreed to pay to the hotel. Otherwise everything went well."

"One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom"
