"The front desk wasn't very helpful on the first day.When I checked in the employee was talking to group of people in front of me.It seem to be more small talk than business.The night clerk wasn't any better.I lost my key card and his response was what do you want me about it.Also,he was eating at the front desk. This was very unusual for an Hampton inn"

"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out."

"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!"

"The room was nice, clean, and new. There were a couple of cobwebs and 1 spider and there really needs to be a mat or rug outside the door. It’s hard to keep from tracking stuff in from the parking lot without one. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could be a little firmer. A couple of bottles of complimentary water would be a nice touch. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear the next door neighbors but it didn’t bother us. Overall great stay. Cute place and good location"
