Very nice condo. Comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We used the activity center daily for the exercise room. Plenty of machines.

It is very dated & needs upgrades. The ice maker in the fridge was not working properly. Our unit was not ready & we arrived after 4:30. They also wanted us to attend a timeshare meeting. We were not interested.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kingsgate. My grandchildren had a ball with all the activities, and pool. My only issue was I wasn’t informed about having to sit through a timeshare seminar until the day before my vacation was to have started. I had just spent 6,000 to exit my timeshare that had caused me a lot of grief!

Perfect sized condo in a great location for our trip to Williamsburg. Everything was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Easy to book and good communication with the host.

Perfect spring break location

This unit was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. The club has a ton of amenities and activities for the kids and is very clean and safe. You cannot beat the location for all Williamsburg activities. Outdoor pool was open which was appreciated as we got a warm week.

EXCELLENT

We stay at different locations frequently due to kid's activities and this was BY FAR the best stay we've had. It was honestly better than the listing. Incredibly clean, beautiful location, tons of fun activities. We were actually googling other places we could stay at the same resorts! Absolutely amazing and would stay again in a heartbeat

Worth it. We'd stay again.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped. They come with laundry detergent for the in-suite washer and dryer, dish tabs and soap, The pull-out bed had a pillowtop and padded cover. The 2 rooms each had king size beds but they are your standard quality and not what we considered comfortable. The walk-in master shower was large and they supply soaps and washes attached to the shower walls that were appreciated. The toilets acted up on occasion and the hot water had a mind of its own. They want to try and sell you a timeshare. Even after the initial check-in, they won't let you have your key til they send you to a different desk to tell you what time your meeting is and try to convince you to go. They wouldn't cancel the meeting so we just didn't go and they didn't pressure us about it after that first night we arrived.We were the second floor. I would not recommend being anywhere underneath the top floor if you are able to handle stairs. We were the second floor and you can clearly hear conversations and walking above and a whole range of human functions at 3 am. No idea what the floor above us had eaten but they were blowing up the master bathroom.There were 3 TVs and someone was there to bring a new remote within moments of us calling with an issue. They were quick to answer anytime we needed anything and always ready if we ran in for something from the main office. We didn't use any of the amenities on-site but you're charged a daily fee for them.

Great place for Williamsburg Trip

The complex and condo were beautiful! There were lots of things to do between the pools, hot tub, game rooms, and mini golf. The condo was clean and spacious for our family. It was a short drive to Bush Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and many different restaurants. I would highly recommend, and would stay here again!

Wonderful

The place was as described. Very clean, staff was helpful. Condo is very spacious. I loved that they offered many supplies. I was assigned a second floor unit so, you may hear the tenants walking above you. I would stay again but ask for a third floor if possible. Pool bar was amazing. We loved the amenities.

Kingsgate

Kingsgate was wonderful! It is a timeshare so you get a little bit of run around at the beginning when you are checking in but if you follow the process Christian gives you it isn’t too bad. We loved all the amenities here! There was an indoor and outdoor pool, a pool bar which also serves food, an arcade with unlimited free play, movies playing in a small theater through out the day, a mini golf course with free play and a fitness center. There are a ton of different restaurants with in 10 minutes of the resort. Colonial Williamsburg is only a few minutes away as well. Busch gardens and water country USA are minutes away. I would definitely recommend this resort for a family.
