Our stay was very enjoyable. Room was fully stocked with all the necessities and very clean. Resort had plenty of things to do for the grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.

Perfect home base

We loved our time here while exploring the Williamsburg area. The condo unit was perfectly sized, very comfortable, and close to everything! The activity center with arcade was a nice extra for our tween and teen, and having a kitchen to prepare a few meals was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving stay!

Well stocked two bedroom condo with plenty of room for our family together and celebrate thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked and the Putt-Putt was lots of fun. It was close to Colonial Williamsburg and we enjoyed Jose Tequila's for dinner one night adjacent to the property. The Christmas decorations were fun and our balcony overlooked the beautiful Fall Foliage. Our unit was very quiet even though the parking lot was full. We will definitely stay again.

Historical adventures

I had stayed at this site previously, the location is great. The resort has plenty of extras without excess noise and bustle. Our host was spot on with communications! The room size and set up was perfect for our needs. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I just tried to not look in the corners or floors. Other than that, the beds were clean and comfortable as well as the furniture and decor. We didn't use the kitchen at all but I peeked in. It was nicely stocked and the owners have good taste with small appliances. A good solid place to stay!

Family stay.

Check in was after 4:00 pm.We checked at 4:30pm it was packed with people checking in. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours before suit came available because they were still doing cleaning. Most of the people checking in had to wait as well. Other then that every things was wonderful and we had a wonderful time.

Great location

The unit is nice and great for a family to have their own rooms. I did not realize it was on the third floor (did not see it mentioned) and wished I had known due to difficulties with stairs. The beds were comfy, and everything was nice. We did not use any of the amenities (pool, cinema, etc) but they seemed to have a lot to offer. Was not a fan of the timeshare push. I even told them the owners names and they still pushed. After a four hour drive, I just wanted to get to the condo and start our vacation. The location was perfect. Less than a five minute ride to Colonial Williamsburg, less than 30 minutes to Jamestown and Bush Gardens. Grocery stores nearby as well.

The property was amazing, all of the staff were phenomenal Makayla ( and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was AWESOME. Everyone one we came in contact with was so so helpful and curtious. Our only issue was that when we flushed to toilet in the master bathroom the pipes would rattle as if someone was using a jack hammer on them. Other than that, the property was absolutley spotless and amazing, the amenities / activities on property were second to none. They make sure there is so many different things to do for the entire family to do. Its like you really dont have to leave their property if you don't want to, there are just too many options for you on property. I will say that, you can go to Kingsgate for your family vacation and not leave the property and you wouldn't think that you had missed any other attraction when you left. I can't wait to return for our next vacation.

The property was very clean and it was easy to move around to the pool, courts, game rooms etc. The children enjoyed themselves. There was something for everyone to do, even their grandma. Absolutely love it

Fantastic and fun

We had an incredible time at Wyndham! Our kids loved all the amenities, especially the pools and arcade. The restaurant on premises was very good and highly convenient, and the condo had everything we could want or need. Very clean and comfortable. Proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Loved the location; the condo was dated, and could have been cleaner. The staff were GREAT!!!! and accommodating. Loved the constant activities available...putt-putt, tons of arcade games, hot tub, heated outdoor pool.

Fantastic amenities

This property will be at the top of the list whenever we are near Williamsburg. It was clean, well stocked, and the location is perfect. Communication was great with quick response time. I would recommend this property to anyone.
