The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans, flatware, plates, cups, glasses etc. The living and dining areas were comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms are decorated nicely and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The area around the condo is very walkable and good restaurants are nearby. This is a lovely condo that is clean and pet friendly. It overlooks the golf course. The owners were accessible if we had questions.

Property was in need of repairs. My main complaint was that the "hot water" was lukewarm. One of the sinks had a faucet that leaked out of the bottom of the handle(lukewarm handle) the bathtub was stained and corroding around the caulking. the carpet must have been the original - over 30 years old, stained and worn.The hairdryer was in unusable due to the state of the handle.

Crystal was super communicative and attended to any needs we had. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen was all in working order and well equipped and we were able to enjoy having our little dog with us as well. We had a great stay and would come back there again if we come to the Williamsburg area.

We love staying at Kingsmill. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Mill are a must. Great walking trails and close to everything. We had other family staying on property so meeting up was easy. The Landing had excellent food and a beautiful view of the water. The kids rented jet skis down at the dock and at night we had a bonfire in the beach with s'mores.( Added fee with the resort) Great family vacation.

Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you

Great Condo right on the 9th!

Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort.

Solid rental

Stayed here to have a little more room as we toured the historic sites. It is an older property but has been well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was of very good quality. We were very happy with this choice.

Great Location at an Average Condo

Although Chrystal and Jaime (hosts) did accommodate our special request (for an additional fee), I can only give this condo a 3 star rating. Billing it as a 'luxurious condo' is a stretch. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Kings Mill property. The condo is dark (the architecture of the building makes it hard for natural light to penetrate), dated, and it's on the first floor. That may be great for guests with limited mobility, but terrible since the condo has poor insulation and you can hear your second floor neighbors stomping around and talking and laughing ALL NIGHT LONG! When we (me, my husband, two grown daughters and one son-in-law) arrived, the cleaning service had stuffed most of the sheets and towels into the dryer and left before it was finished. We needed a second set of sheets for the pull out sofa (this condo says it sleeps 6 but two must share a sofa bed to make that possible). Since the dryer was so stuffed, the laundry had not dried properly and it smelled bad (wet and moldy). I had to re-wash and dry the sheets before using--not something I was anticipating for a luxury stay.... The positives? Kings Mill property is very convenient to most attractions in Williamsburg and as a runner, I really appreciated the miles of running trails. I would definitely stay on the Kings Mill property again, though probably not in this particular condo.
