Lovely Getaway

We had a really relaxing stay at this beachside condo. The description and photos were accurate, especially the cozy and scaled down kitchen, which I didn’t fully register beforehand but ended up being totally fine for our needs. The view from our patio was beautiful and definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. While we didn’t have access to the pool, it wasn’t a deal breaker. I think we went possibly when there was a transition occurring as it was listed when we booked with the pool. I believe this would have been out of the owners control. I do see that it’s not a part of the listing now. The only real issue was the dryer, which took multiple cycles to dry, likely due to its age. Everything else worked well and the space has a very charming, quaint vibe. We’d absolutely consider staying here again.

Traverse City Weekend

The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in the future!

Clean & Convenient with a View

Only stayed two nights, but I enjoyed the property. There are steps down to the door from the parking lot. If you have equipment or trouble with stairs, it could be a problem. Check-in process was smooth. Two electrical outlets were wonky and loose, but everything else was fine. Small space for a family, but just fine for 1 or 2 people. Appreciated the gift of local wine. Would have liked better quality coffee for their coffeemaker but I was glad to have what they supplied.

We had a nice time. We were a little disappointed that there had only been a partial update of the condo. The front door needs painting and the bathroom area was quite disappointing. Also, the rooms were nicely clean but it was quite dirty behind the TV. I noticed this because I was checking cords when the TV didn't turn on. Our 2 main issues are: WAY too many emails and texts!!! Also, instructions on using the TV and info about checkout(trash, sheets/laundry) should be on laminated papers in the condo- not last minute texts! Lastly- when trying to get out on time, we noticed the texts about trash and sheets and towels, but didnt know where the trash bins were and there was no detergent for doing the laundry. I think for a 2 night stay we should not have to do these chores!

Relaxing condo in a nice spot

This property was precisely as advertised: cozy, clean, quite comfortable, and a short walk to the beach. I was attending a conference at Grand Traverse resort, and these nearby condos offered a bit of quiet and privacy, but conveniently close to the resort. It met my needs perfectly. I look forward to returning.

Beautiful beach front property

Great property. Pretty condo with great location. Be forewarned, there is a toaster oven and a microwave, but no oven and no freezer. There is however, an electric grill and a cooktop. Worked out fine, but I wish I had paid more attention when booking. The view is fabulous and the price is right.

The condo was exactly as described. Quaint and quiet. 2 minute walk to the water and beach. The condo was spotless and well stocked. Parking right out front. Just close enough to TC to have lots of options but not too close be in traffic and chaos.

Our daughter got married at the beach club and the reception was on the 17th floor of the tower. this location was beautiful and so close to the ceremony venue. the condo was very nice and well supplied, comfortable bed and very clean. I would love to stay there again!

Nice getaway

Since we stayed off season we had a very nice stay. Quiet and peaceful. All the amenities were closed so I cannot comment about that but overall we enjoyed staying in this condo. Clean, and adequate for all our needs. Would stay here again.

Fall Color Trip

Beach Front condo was cozy and very clean. Was so nice to sit on patio porch and smell the water and feel the breeze as the sun set. Centrally located and ease access to any location we wished to visit in the Grand Traverse area.
