The beds in this unit were extremely comfortable — but the unit itself was just average. The checkin instructions told us to open a lock box to obtain a key, yet the lock on the unit door used a code (no need for us to obtain a key). The kitchen pans were in pretty rough shape and there was no shampoo in the main level bathroom but the upstairs bathroom was fully stocked. The dryer had a pair of leftover sheets from the previous renter/maid.The most frustrating thing was that the patio was not accessible due to it being unsafe. Well we appreciate the hand written note informing us of the unsafe deck — it was quite worn and appeared to have been in place for quite some time. However, we were informed about the deck issue until we arrived. In fact, we had to have a maintenance visit because there was a kitchen shelf missing a clip and the master bedroom closet was stuck in the closed position. He was able to resolve both issues but in the process, he told us that has been an issue for over a year — yet we were never told about the problem and should be compensated in some way.
