"The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! "

"We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. "We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...
