This property was perfect. It was clean and very private. We were close to the Grand Canyon, and this worked out well for us. The owner was so nice and accommodating. I would definite stay here again as my first choice accommodation.

The home was incredibly clean, comfortable and well stocked! The snacks, water, coffee, tea and ice were very much appreciated. The hosts were excellent communicators and sent some tips for shopping and gas in advance that were quite helpful. It was a great place to stay for a private escape near the Grand Canyon!

Great comfortable place with an incredible centralized location. Being able to spend time in Sedona, Page, and around the Grand Canyon opened up a ton of experiences in the area. The amenities were all excellent and the extra offerings of snacks, waters, and basic cleaning and laundry needs were perfect. It was quiet and secluded. We would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Great location to visit Grand Canyon! Only a 30 minute drive to the park. Clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Very quiet area. Loved the big porch and rocking chairs with a view of the snow covered top of Humphreys Peak. We did not have a chance to enjoy the fire pit but it looked very nice. Really appreciated the duel reclining sofa at the end of a day of Grand Canyon adventures. Would definitely rent again.

The most perfect stay to start our 10 year anniversary trip. Things we loved about this home:- the mattresses are awesome! they are a more firm memory foam that is perfect for your back after a long day of hiking.- well stocked on everything: coffee pods, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash.- they have a brand new sofa that is different than in the picture. it's leather and has electric recliners built in that are so comfortable.- we love the views of the mountains in the distance from the peaceful front porch.- hosts were super communicative and had great suggestions.

We were looking for a small air-conditioned home with washer and dryer, away from the crowds, but within driving distance for day trips to the Grand Canyon. This home fit the bill perfectly! About a half hour drive from Grand Canyon. The house is quite small, but it suited my husband and I well. There is a Keurig coffee machine and the owner thoughtfully provided K cups, kettle and tea, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 or 4 rolls of TP, a couple of large trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and plenty of towels and washcloths. Most importantly, the whole place was very clean! AC worked great. We enjoyed sitting on the large front porch, especially to watch the sunrise. Home is located in a quiet and peaceful rural area.

Great hosts and great stay for anyone visiting the canyon. Well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds with a spacious front deck and lots of subtle amenities that just made our visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Cute ranch house. Very private. Dark sky location with a view of the Milky Way. Lovely setup with a fire pit for ambiance. Would definitely stay here again.

What an excellent property! We enjoyed every moment we stayed at The Retreat. Keyless, so no worries about the arrival time (very convenient because of the long distances). So quiet and comfortable. Nice terrace to relax and enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended!

Just WOW! Home was exactly as pictured, super clean, and perfectly stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the Canyon and the firepit was super each evening. Having coffee, condiments, and basics available in the home was great! Hosts were very responsive too - thank you!

Beautiful homes and location!

Perfect stay close to Grand Canyon!

This place was perfect for me, my husband and my parents. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the deck. So quiet and welcoming !
