"This was my second stay here after returning from a trip. Fortunately, this room smelled completely fine—a definite improvement over my previous stay! It was a brief visit since I arrived late just to rest, and I skipped breakfast this time given my earlier disappointed experience. The airport shuttle service is convenient, but the process could use some improvement. Guests are required to call the hotel upon landing to request pickup, which can be tricky if you don't have a local mobile plan (though luckily, the Portland airport provides a complimentary phone service). I had actually messaged them in advance via Hotels.com to coordinate the shuttle arrangements, but they never replied. Since the shuttles seem to run on a regular schedule every 30 minutes during normal hours (I arrived before 9:00 PM), requiring a call feels unnecessary and inconvenient for international travelers."

"Only gave 4 stars because the elevator was not working and we had to carry everything to the 3rd floor. Before we left, the staff was really nice to store part of our belongings so we went to finish our schedules. Its well located, near by public transportation, which is perfect. We loved the stay, but please fix the elevator lom"

"Clean room, nice stay… shuttle was really helpful and quick to arrive. Staff on the other hand was rude the day we arrived, but a nice lady from sinaloa treated us nicely and really helpful"
