It is 100 metres from a park with a lake on the outskirts of Wilhelmshaven, four minutes from the old Rüstersiel yacht harbour and five minutes from the municipal park, Jade University and the RNK hospital.

    There is a seating area for guests in the south-facing garden as well as a garden table and two seating / deck chairs. Access is via the basement and laundry room. Parking on the street is free of charge.

The first floor is accessed up a stair lift for the disabled and wheelchair users. The floor is laid with laminate. The bathroom is fully tiled. The 3m² guest WC has a washbasin and a window. There are a dresser, a hallway wardrobe and a mirror in the first hallway, while the other has no furniture. It is a wide hallway for wheelchair users, as far as the sliding door to the bathroom. There is a storage space under stairs that serves as a bicycle room. A radio, two cable TVs, Internet access (wireless on request) and central heating are available.

    It is ideal for couples and families who would like to combine a holiday near the beach with leisure time by the beach and in the countryside. Disabled guests and wheelchair users are welcome, owing to the barrier-free interior: there is a stair lift from the entrance to the first floor and a ramp to the front door. The bathroom and kitchen have wide sliding doors and there is a spare wheelchair upstairs.

    The accommodation is located in the green lung of Wilhelmshaven, close to the large city park (500m). Many leisure options are possible, such as the green south beach 4.5 km away, the many museums in the harbor area, the navy, riding holidays, bike tours and the shopping arcade in the station city. Working people can also sleep well here and are in the immediate vicinity of the Jade University of Applied Sciences Wilhelmshaven (1km), the clinic (1km) or relatively close to the power plants (3km). Just around the corner are 3 banks, a net, a kiosk and the bourgeois farmhouse with lots of animals "Die Ruscherei". In 10 minutes you can walk to the "old port" of Rüstersiel and have a nice meal there on the old pier right in front of the sailing and fishing boats. Hooksiel with its white sandy beach is only 12 minutes away by car. Transport connections by bus and train are available.
