KITCHEN The bright, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plenty of crockery and a small breakfast nook is ideal for shared breakfasts and self-catering. BATHROOM The fully tiled, bright bathroom has a large window with plenty of natural light. Equipped with a washbasin, WC, shower basin and large bathtub, it offers plenty of space for 2 people. GUEST WC The guest WC is also fully tiled. With a WC, washbasin and a large skylight, it offers plenty of natural light and can be used for the morning "cat wash". LOGGIA The loggia overlooks the large garden and has 2 garden chairs with cushions and a garden table. The two-family house is surrounded by a large garden hedge. SERVICE Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided free of charge and changed weekly for longer stays. A washing machine in the bathroom and free WLAN reception are also available. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 10-15 minutes' walk) there are numerous shopping facilities such as Marktkauf, Aldi and several smaller shops, there are bakeries, snack bars, restaurants (Italian, Greek, Balkan etc.), pubs, hairdressers, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies etc. A bowling alley, a bowling centre and an outdoor swimming pool are also within easy walking distance. The transport connections are very good. There is a bus stop nearby and the motorway can also be reached in 5 minutes.
