Parking is available in a shared driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Upon arrival, you will notice that the driveway splits into two. Please stay to the left-hand side as you enter the property. The first home on your left is Blue Spruce. After passing the pond on your left, the driveway splits again. Continuing to the right will take you to Whitewood

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them.

Shared Outdoor Areas
There is another bookable vacation rental on-site with shared access to the creek, ponds, and driveway. Other travelers may be present during your stay.

Water Safety
There is no fence around the water features. Adult supervision of young children is recommended outside. One pond on-site is unfenced and approximately 5 to 8 feet deep.

Septic System
This property operates on a septic system.

Security Camera
There is 1 exterior security camera on the side of the home facing the driveway. It does not look into interior spaces and records video and sound when activated by motion.

Wildlife
Wildlife such as deer, foxes, coyotes, and raccoons may occasionally be seen on-site.

Train Noise
An occasional train passes by; it does not blow the horn.

Host Support
The owners live nearby and are available if you need anything during your stay.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
