Excellent stay!

For this property only being a one bedroom, it was wonderful! We stayed 4 nights here and it had everything we needed! We loved the fresh eggs that were left for us from the owner and the bottle of wine! Quiet neighborhood and the golf car was just what we needed to explore TV. The host was very communicative and so easy to work with. You’ll love your stay here. If we didn’t purchase a home while we were there visiting - we would definitely be staying in this home again. Thank you so much to the owners!

First time Villagers

Penny Lane was as cool as advertised and as commented upon by previous guests. Cute house in cute neighborhood with great attention to details by our friendly hosts, Megan & Kevin. Played a lot of golf and pickleball, and explored The Villages, up and down. Appreciated it all!

Oh the Details!!

FINALLY!! A House that has decent pots/pans, dishes and most importantly sharp knives!! No cheap toilet paper or paper towels. This cute little place was perfect for us to check out The Villages. We appreciated the golf cart and spent lazy afternoons reading on the back lanai. Owners were so easy to work with. We sure appreciated all the special touches.

Cute rental and convenient location

Just right for two people. Not much yard if you bring the pets but I so appreciate those vbro hosts that allow well-mannered fur kids. That being said you can't tell that a dog ever stayed there. Very clean and comfortable. Not much of a yard, but lots of trails nearby to walk and highly recommend Rupert dog park which is less than 10 minute drive. This was very responsive to inquiries, easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back.

Loved this house and the neighborhood. Excellent location too. Approximately a 23min golf cart ride to Brownwood square and 5min golf cart ride to Sawgrass Grove. House was clean and well appointed with anything you might possibly need. Check in and check out was super smooth as well.

Perfect stay at The Villages

Perfect, comfortable and clean home. Great location near Sawgrass Grove and Southern Oaks golf course as well as Publix and Brownwood Square. The included gas golf cart was awesome and allowed us to really experience The Villages way of life.

Penny Lane…there beneath the blue Florida skies🎶

Penny Lane worked really well for us because we were visiting family nearby. We appreciated that this home is in the Villages because there is so much to do (or not do) depending on how each day unfolded. Also, we have a dog that we preferred to take with us on this trip and Megan & Kevin not only allowed him, but were sweetly welcoming about him staying too!! This was a massive win for us!! Overall, Penny Lane turned out to be more than just a place to lay our heads at night— it was relaxing, restoring, and we got to have so much fun exploring the Villages in the golf cart they provided.

Cozy Cottage Feel

Megan and her husband were great to work when I had issues with my VRBO acct. She had even left us some fresh eggs!! Being able to bring our pet was so nice. Perfect accommodations for a relaxing 2 Wk get away.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and fun entertainment!

We just loved our stay! Beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities you would need. We enjoyed going over to the market/McGrady’s Pub where they had entertainment every evening. The Gollf cart rides were fun! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The host was very nice and accommodating. Thank you again for the bottle of wine and the fresh eggs. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful

Megan and Kevin went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The gifts for us and our dog were greatly appreciated. The house was so bright and the bed very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to many amenities.

Beautiful vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at 5545 Goodman Ct the villages. House was so clean . The one bedroom was perfect for us & our 2 little dogs. Everything we needed was there even a gas golf cart. It was so easy to get to Brownwood paddock. Straight down meggasion. They even had a big coffee pot we used. Loved the house & Megan was so good to come & set up the TV for us. Tv in bedroom & living room. She was so kind. Thank you for everything. Would definitely go back again

Property was clean, close to our friends and family. Had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay plus property owners were so nice they left us farm fresh eggs plus a bottle of wine! Best Host…book Penny Lane, NOW!

Absolutely Adorable with all the minimalistic touches created a warm inviting stay. From the comfy couch the to the perfect barstools. Penny Lane is inviting, charming and cozy. We arrived to an age appropriate gift basket for the kids, allowing entertainment while we unpacked after a long drive. I was sold, before I sat down! Every amenity provided. Every thing seemed to be in the right place no matter where I looked. The Host were amazing and fresh eggs..farm raised what a personal touch. Thank you for all the help. The host was impeccably responsive with every need. Thank you for our stay, we enjoyed your home. Stop reading reviews and Book Penny Lane!
