    The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens, LLC

    VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

    The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

    Base Rent + The Following:
    - $100 Processing Fee
    - $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable)
    - $150 Amenities Package
    - 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee
    * Cleaning fees and unquoted fees may apply to off season and rentals less than one week.*

    Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families returned to Wildwood after a 7 year break. The condo was excellent and clean. Everything you needed was there. Close walk to the beach. Linen package was an added bonus as we did not need to pack our own. The only issue we had during the entire stay was that the TV kept going in and out (cable issue), but who goes to the beach to watch TV, Right?

We had 10 guests at the property. The property lay out was perfect for us. The outside deck was a big selling point as it was big enough for all of us and still had extra space! Enough sleeping room and the kitchen area was perfect and it was a few blocks away from the beach! Excellent overall

First Time in Wildwood!

This was our family's first time in Wildwood and we had a great experience. The house was exactly as described. Additionally, it was so clean, spacious and welcoming. The property manager Ralph went above and beyond!! From day 1 Ralph was extremely helpful, approachable and welcoming; I highly recommend!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very comfortable and had plenty of equipment for 10 people. Facility was very clean and well-kept. Beverage refrigerator was a nice touch and well used by our family. Linen package was very helpful. We were not given the "hotel-size" bath items that were advertised. The porch is very nice but could use a large shade to keep out the afternoon sun. It would be a really good idea to warn folks of the driveway entrance has a slope that will "bottom-out" most cars. Overall, very pleased and would rent again.

Great location for Boardwalk & the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is an excellent condo to be near the Wildwood beach and all the activity on the boardwalk. You just walk a few short blocks and you’re right there. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was supplied with all of the necessary appliances, and Boardwalk & local restaurants were very near which enabled us toe grab a quick bite and go to the rides. It’s nice to try out the food. We liked the Pigdog bar at the end of Morey’s pier and it’s right on the beach. Ralph is always very helpful. Thanks Everything was as expected.

Other restaurants and stores were only a walk away. Parking was adequate and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. Only drawback- just hope you have quiet upstairs neighbors!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation in Wildwood. We traveled with another family. Together we had four teenagers. There was plenty of space between the bedrooms, living room, and deck. The amenities were great and everything we needed was available. The location is about 2.5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. It was close enough to walk up multiple times a day and far enough that the area was quiet and relaxing. The furniture is modern and the condo was very clean when we arrived. Most of the beds were quite comfortable. The property manager, Ralph, was very friendly and great to work with from booking the property to our departure at the end of our vacation week. The only “suggestion” I have is to provide some type of grill for families as it gets expensive to eat out and many don’t want to cook big meals while vacationing. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Above average rental property!

This rental exceeded our expectations! A fully stocked kitchen with every small appliance you could ever need and then some! A separate beverage refrigerator was a great idea and was greatly appreciated with room for a multitude of drink selections. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We hope to enjoy many more family vacations at this beautiful property!
