Comfortable stay

It was everything and more than we thought. Our first time staying in the Villages and we enjoyed riding bikes and shopping everyday. The home was spacious, felt very safe and communicating with the owners was great. We hope to visit sometime soon.

Tidy Basics

This property was GREAT! We had everything we needed for a one night stay, super clean and loaded with necessities! I like that it had a garage for the bikes and the air was chilly cold! Cheaper than a hotel and the “neighbors” were very friendly!

Beautiful, Clean, and Amazing

Dave and Sharon went above and beyond for our 4 night stay. Their place is well stocked with every household essential and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 person golf cart was fun and nice! Great experience and they deserve 5 stars all the way!

The Village of St Johns

I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental in The Villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here!

March getaway

My husband and I spent a week in Florida with my cousin and her husband. This was our first time visiting the Villages and we found this house to be absolutely perfect for us. The owner made everything very easy for us right from the start. We were able to rent a 4 person golf cart from him which was on site when we arrived. Communication was excellent. Owner was very accomodating and offers to assist us on 2 separate occasions but we were able to figure out what we needed so he didn't have to come over but it was super nice that he would have come over to help us out if we had needed. Highly recommend.
