Welcome to Salty Shore, a perfect seaside getaway! This cozy retreat offers two comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, making it an ideal choice for small families or couples seeking relaxation near the beach. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach, you’ll be delighted by the convenience and tranquility of this location.

Unit 7 is located on the second floor, use staircase and door located in front. This unit features:

Inside, you’ll find a tastefully decorated living space that exudes coastal charm. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of sun and surf. The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the essential amenities to meet your needs.

The living area is a welcoming spot to unwind and socialize, featuring comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks at your convenience. Whether you’re enjoying a homemade breakfast or savoring a sunset dinner, the dining area offers a perfect setting to gather and create lasting memories.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home!

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It`s up to you. If needed, I`m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can`t fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

The beach is just a short stroll away, granting you easy access to the golden sands and sparkling waters. Spend your days sunbathing, building sandcastles, or taking refreshing dips in the ocean.

Conveniently located near the beach, this shore house also offers proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, you’ll find an array of activities to suit your tastes.

We are providing 15 min loading area, right in front of the property. We do not have parking lot, but there are several options in the area- parking lots and meter parking.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

Smoking and parties are NOT allowed.

Due to limited storage space, we do not supply paper towels and washcloths. However, we do offer essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, dish soap, and minis (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) to meet your basic needs during your stay.
Additionally, we provide hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens to ensure your comfort throughout your time with us.

$10 will be charged for any unwashed dishes left behind.

$20 will be charged for each trash bag not properly disposed of.

Also, please note that we do not have on-site parking. However, there is a 15-minute unloading zone located directly next to the building for your convenience. For parking options, you`ll find several metered street parking spots right in front of the building. Parking meters are activated from May 15th through October 31st. Payment is done through the ParkMobile app, with meters operating from 8:00 am to 3:00 am daily, including holidays. For guests staying with us a little longer, please note City of Wildwood offers weekly parking permits that can be purchased at City Hall located at 4400 New Jersey Ave, for 2025 season the cost of a weekly parking permit is $100.
Additionally please note that City of Wildwood offers FREE street parking, primarily available West of New Jersey Ave.

For safety, no open flames or burning candles are permitted anywhere on the property at any time.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time.

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Please remove shoes

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $50 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner`s schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night`s stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night`s stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.

• For the security of our guests and the safety of our property, we have 4 external security cameras located at the outside of the building (2 on bottom level , 2 on the second level ).

• HVAC system in each unit is operated by remote control located in the same unit/room. All remote controls are clearly marked and operational. There is a $200 fee for each lost remote control.

• We do not permit pets on the property. Guests that bring Unauthorized pets will be charged $400 fee.
