Cute villa

Extremely clean, well-maintained. Thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities. Check in and check out were a breeze. Owner Rubina was exceptionally responsive. Location is only 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. The condo complex is very nice and updated, but the surrounding area (and Wildwood in general) was not quite as well-kept. We didn’t feel safe letting our teens walk the 2 blocks by themselves to the boardwalk. Not a knock on the condo itself at all, just an observation for families. Also, the recommendation to back into the shared driveway and then back into the garage is key - it’s a tight squeeze but can be done. We got 2 cars in there!

Escapade à Wildwood.

L’emplacement de Rubina est magnifique. La maison est tellement bien équipée que nous pourrions y vivre avec un minimum de bagage. Tout est là, autant pour la cuisine (sauf la bouffe, bien sur) que pour les salle de bain (savons, shampooings), que pour les escapades à la plage (chaises, parasol, même le traîneau pour transporter tout ça). Des bicycles sont disponibles. Vraiment, 5 étoiles pour Rubina. (Qui a répondu à toutes nos communications en a peine 10 minutes) Bravo sur toute la ligne!

Comfy week at the shore

We were a family of 6 staying at this townhouse and it was the perfect size. As advertised, the location was good - just 2 blocks from the boardwalk/ocean. Having a private garage was also a plus. It's a corner unit, so really feels private. Just be aware traffic on the main road (particularly on the weekend) can be noisy at night. I normally pack earplugs so it was a non-issue for me personally. When we first got there, we had a problem with an appliance, which we reported, and Rubina was all over it, trying to make it right. The communication was the best we've ever experienced from any host in our 7 years staying down the shore. Rubina seemed to truly care about our experience and our annual family vacation. I cannot say enough good things about Rubina! We had a blast and appreciate our amazing family time down the shore. I would totally stay here again!

My family and few of my daughter’s friends had a wonderful stay. The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to work with and very responsive to whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy wildwood

Absolutely perfect! The house is great! Perfect for our family needs. Location is great and parking is very convenient. Everything was set up to make our stay so easy! Kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need. Owner is available and very responsive . We had an awesome time! Thank you!

Vacation - August 2023

We rented the condo for 5 people and were very pleased with the facilities. The instructions on arrival were simple. The condo was clean and very welcoming. There is a lot of equipment and we felt at home. Communication with Rubina was easy and responses were quick. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful

Great location and probably the best-stocked property and most responsive host I’ve experienced - they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and communications were nearly immediate. We had a great time and felt we were in good hands.

Excellent location and great place!

The townhouse was located a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance. The house was equipped nicely with everything you could need for your vacation and more. I brought things for my grandson to use at the beach but I could of left that all at home and utilized the stuff the owner provided. Only thing I could say was sort of a pain was ba king into the garage like others have said. It is a very tight spot until you are actually in the garage. House was equipped with everything you could think except for wash cloths. We had to go buy some from Walmart which didn't have many left so plan accordingly unless this was just a fluke. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book in the future.

Such a beautiful townhome

This is definitely a hidden gem. The owners have put such care into the place and really provided a beautiful space to enjoy. The owners are responsive and have property managers close by to attend to any need and are honestly an amazing couple to work with. They are truly invested in you enjoying your time while not being intrusive. I highly recommend this townhome for your family beach trip!

Gateway to many fun experiences

We had two families staying at this property-4 adults and 2 children age 13. Perfect amount of space. The space was very nice, very cleanly, the owner provided so many complimentary amenities that no owner has ever done at any other place I have ever stayed (unless it was a hotel) towels, sheets, shampoo, coffee, hairdryers, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. It was a short straight walk to the Wildwood boardwalk and beach, which was wonderful. The boardwalk is the best one I have ever been on in any beach town. Also the location is 10 minutes from Stone Harbor and Cape May which we were able to visit both. Everything was in walking distance including convenience and liquor stores. We had one small issue one night where we lost the cable/WiFi and the very next morning the owner had someone out there and had it fixed. I was so impressed by her attentiveness. Highly recommend this property.

Exceptional property!!!

Our family of 4 stayed at this VRBO for a family beach vacation. We have a 5 and 1 year old and flew in from out of state for our stay. The owner Rubina was very responsive and nice answering our questions so we knew what to pack. When we arrived at the property it was clean, bright, and had everything advertised and more! Baby high chair, kids' dishware, pack and play, boogie boards, several beach chairs and umbrella, wagon for the kids to ride in, beach toys, etc. We used so much of the extra accessories and appreciated each one! The property instructions were clear and we settled in quickly. We will definitely stay here again! What a gem in Wildwood!

Wildwood Condo

The Condo in Wildwood was very very clean with every amenity available to us. Beds comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Kitchen was excellent for preparing meals. Location was central to beach boardwalk and restaurants, but noisy at night and loud due to restaurant fan right next door. On site parking for 2 vehicles Hose outside to wash off sand. All around nice vacation digs in Wildwood for a week.

Welcoming hosts

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful home. There were many nice details and it has been well cared for. The waffle maker was a nice touch. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. The location is also central and within walking distance of many restaurants as well as the beach and boardwalk.
