Fall vacation

The home was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect and a close golf cart ride to everywhere we went. We would highly recommend this rental home. We Actually closed on a home while we were here on vacation & can’t wait to visit very often now !

Perfect Location!

We were visiting some family who live in Leesburg -- this was a perfect location! All of the amenities of The Villages, just a few miles from The Brownwood Paddock Square and seven miles from Sumter Landing. Only one roundabout to the Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and US 44.The home is located near an adult pool and is situated in a quiet cul de sac back off of Morse Road. It was sooooo quiet and peaceful!

Fantastic

The place was exactly as advertised if not better. We stayed for a month and would not hesitate to come back. Location is perfect between 466a and 44. Golf courses are close as are the recreation centers. Neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this property was great, Great location, nice golf cart, very clean home, etc. I have 2 suggestions to even further improve this home. 1) Would be nice if the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, would have curtains on the windows, this time of year, the sun comes up early and even with the blinds closed the room becomes very light/bright, making it a bit more difficult for sleeping. 2) Seeing this is a retirement community I assume most people who stay here are senior citizens, I am, it would be nice if the 2 toilets in the bathrooms were the newer Comfort height toilets which are a bit higher than the standard. Makes it easier to get up from. All in ALL very pleased with this home, would rent again and recommend to friends. Tony G

All linens and floors were very clean - appliances are immaculate - thank you! A few notes - has a Keurig and a regular coffee maker; bring toilet paper and don't forget toiletries. Beautiful place, will definitely stay again if we come down and it's available. Would love to have stayed longer!

The rental company are also very nice and professional, always on hand to help with a few minor problems we had and when we had to extend our stay.

The house was really nice ! Primary bathroom was amazing. Village of Osceola Hills really nice too.

Contactless check in for late arrival perfect. House and golf cart perfect. Would rent it again for sure.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home but when we arrived the yard was littered with trash left by the cleaning staff and scattered by animals. The house smelled like a wet dog on the inside, the icemaker didn't work, and the light switch on the golf cart was broken. The sheets on the master bed were stained with ink marks and caused a rash until re-washed in hot water. Further, the pricing info provided by VRBO was different than what the management company requested. After a long weekend, the customer service department responded and was able to correct golf cart and icemakers issues, so the rest of the week wasn't a total loss.

Spacious Home in a Peaceful Area

Reviewer Comments: This almost new home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Osceola Hills The home is clean and bright inside and uncluttered and has a large lanai that gets the morning sun and is cool in the hotter afternoons. The garage is also over-sized with plenty of room for kayaks, bikes etc. that you might want to bring with you for your visit. It was close to Colony and Rohan Regional Rec Centers as well as the Sarasota Driving Range and several golf courses. 10 minutes to Brownwood, 15 to Sumter, but I liked being away from the crowds during winter season. It is also just a few blocks through the neighborhood to the neighborhood pool and the Morse Blvd. Cart Path, so I always felt safe not having to drive the golf cart on the road very much. I hardly saw or heard any of the neighbors near the lanai, so it was very private in the back. Downhome Properties was helpful with any needs that I had during my 3.5 month stay.
