Absolutely perfect

This home is perfect in every way— location, furnishings, comfort - I could go on. We had a wonderful stay and our host, Michael, was quick to respond to all our questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to live for 2 weeks. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable lounge seating and and nice dining room table. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower came through instantly.The outdoor space was great, and we enjoyed the pool, which we did have heated as it was December. The area was really quiet and backed on to a golf course, but there was no noise, just a very occasional, quiet buggy going past at a distance away. Really private and quiet, we were very happy here.

Beautiful Home

This home is absolutely wonderful and impeccably decorated. It’s at the end of a gorgeous cul-de-sac in a very quiet part of the Village of Sanibel, and comes fully stocked.The property owner quickly responded (email and/or txt) to all inquiries we had before and during our stay.Choose this home; you’ll be glad you did.

A lovely place to stay

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days. The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida. Thanks and looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Pool Home!

We had a wonderful stay here. The pics are beautiful, but don't fully do it justice. The home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to feel like we lived there. The pool was wonderful, the view of the golf course was lovely. And Michael was so helpful & attentive. We will for sure stay here again. LOVED it!

Awesome stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful home in great location!

Great communication with the owner before, during and after our visit. The home is exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!

Great property in great location. Everything very new and fresh. Pool is pertect. Amenities were excellent. All local restaurants were delicious and very moderately priced. Host was great to work with. We liked it so much we bought a house in the Villages!

Perfect Home for Family Christmas Gathering

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Nice golf course view on a quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from wine glasses to stock pots. Convenient pantry to keep your snacks & food. The pool area is beautiful with waterfall feature. Plenty of closets & drawers. Hope to be back again!

Perfect vacation property

Michael provided the perfect vacation property. Everything in home worked and showed zero wear and tear of properties in the past. We had a great week in his home, the pool, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. His support and communication throughout the entire rental transaction and our stay were very professional and helpful throughout. The home is exactly as described and far exceeded expectations.

Fantastic property. Great location. You can see the golf course from his lanai. Great owner. Meticulous in his maintenance of the property. We’ve rented from him twice and already booked the third year. I repeat ..WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE?

The Best

What is not to like. This home is in a superb neighborhood with great neighbors, quiet, clean, close to shopping , short drive to Brownwood for music and shopping. Mike and Denise can be very pleased with their property. Don’t think twice, just book.

Awesome property!

The pics don’t do it justice! What great stay! We wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped. Super communication with the owner. 9 mins from grocery, 12-15 mins from Brownwood Paddock. (By cart) Attention to detail and designer decorated throughout. Pride of ownership and much appreciated attention to detail. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay. Hope to have the opportunity to come back.
