The dishes, cookware, pots & pans were all very dirty. The AC filter is black & we were all getting sick. The stove wouldn’t turn on by itself and also took way too long to cook anything. The fans in all the rooms move to the point where they look like they are going to fall. We wouldn’t need the fans but the air conditioner doesn’t get the rooms down to the temperature it’s set at. We were also woken up every morning around 4am due to the company next door. On the discharge instructions it said to clean/ make our own beds, strip them, and basically clean the whole apartment even though they charged a cleaning fee. I reached out to multiple people with no response. Terrible unit and customer service.

We have left the rental.I would not stay there again. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Seems to have been put away that way from previous renters.Stains on the furniture in the living room.The rental has dust everywhere ie registers, doorways,cabinets.Mop strands on the floor stuck to the chairs We left the place in better condition than when we arrived.Bathroom in the hallway is to small.You are forced to sit sideways on the toilet.

Cute & Clean

My girlfriends and I came to Wildwood for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. We found this rental on VRBO. It suited our needs, the place was clean, close to festival. It was a little further of a walk than we anticipated, but not too far, about a 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

A quiet location within walking distance to the beach

We stayed Aug 2023 as two families with 4 children ranging from ages 1-19. It was perfect for our families. Far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and approximately a 10 minute straight walk to the boardwalk/beach. The host was extremely fast at responding to all my questions before and during our trip. The home was just as described. Bedding/towels were there when we arrived. The bedrooms were the perfect size with one having 2 queen beds to accommodate 2 adults and a child. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We met the maintenance man during our stay and chatted for awhile. He was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning for years to come. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Cute and clean, quiet neighborhood, close enough to beach and our baseball tournament

Property managed well, check-in and out was easy. Cute and clean. Unit C and A connect via a door in the kitchen. Nice feature if you have a large party. Stove in Unit C needs replaced as it set off the fire alarm several times. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, but it was very quiet.

Great Stay!

This was a lovely spot for a large group of people. The adjoining door to both condos was great to help ensure everyone had a space to sleep, but allowed us to still all be together. Sheets were provided, but no blankets so be sure to bring those and extra pillows.

Great stay

Everything went smoothly. All instructions for check in and check out we clear and easy to follow. The place was clean. Rooms were adequate. The looking was a nice size with plenty of seating for our group.

Adequate for intention

Clean place. Linen company very friendly and quick to respond. Description was a little obscure for us. This is a 4 bedroom with 5 Queen beds. (1 room has 2 beds) living area has two futons. Two baths. Decent enough place to lay your head at night but bring blankets. Sheets provided but no blankets.

Functioonal

The location is not far from the beach. 15-20 minute walk depending on who is walking. The facilities are basic, but has what you need. We had nine people and was good for two nights.

Stay at 320 W. Oak Ave in Wildwood, NJ

The property was conveniently located near the beach and the bay area , parking was great, and the reservation, check-in and departure processes were smooth. There was plenty of space for a short getaway for my 6 friends and II, however the property itself needs improvement. The rugs in the bathrooms and throughout the unit were filthy dirty, the futons were not comfortable for sitting or bedding purposes., and the hall bathroom was not well designed (placement of toilet too close to the sink, and very small shower). Night stands and lamps in the bedrooms should be updated/replaced. I would probably choose not to stay at the location again, but am open to exploring other Vrbo locations.
