  • Stay in this Older but Cozy House newly renovated, Just 2 & 1/2 blocks to the Convention Center, FAMOUS Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk. Water Parks, Shopping, Dining, & Entertainment, and the FREE Friday Night Fireworks that only Wildwood offers are also close. right across from wildwood high school, this house offers Free Comcast Blast WiFi, Ice Cold AIR CONDITIONING, OFF-STREET PARKING, BBQ GRILL, Pong Table Available(420 friendly) Among many other Amenities. There are (2)1br & a 2br. We rent for all major events such as basketball tournaments, PROMS, Memorial Day Weekend, Soccer, 4th of July, laborday weekend, Irish wknd, car shows, Frisbee, Lacrosse Tournaments. We rent daily, weekly, wknds, and seasonal, for more information on pricing and availability text or call Tony @ show contact info ~ friendly & reasonable, best rates around! The house is an older house and is not perfect, if you are expecting a new shiney condo, this is not the place for you.

    *2br is Mediterranean Motif(Bedrooms Do Not Have Doors) master suite has a Bamboo Queen memory foam bed and a leather futon while the 2nd br has 2 twin trundle bed as well as a futon(has extra mattress). The living room has a large leather ottoman as well as another futon, along with 1 reclining super comfy chair and a Bar. There is a full kitchen(refrigerator, stove), a single shower bath, ac, as well as a nice sized porch(plenty of seating/dining area).

Wildwood stay

The place was exactly what I needed . It was walking distance from the beach and board walk so my family was able to walk there from the beach take showers relax a minute then walk to the board walk . There was enough sleeping room for all of us . It was a nice little place . It was very last minute planning and the owner was quick to respond back to me and he was so nice . All in all it was a good overnight stay .

the photos do not correspond to reality the house is not a suitable property to rent or even to spend a day there the bathroom does not work the beds are on the floor do not go to this place Trust me this is an insane place

Mildewy Armani Bungalow

We walked in, reviewed the house, and were floored. It smelled of mold and mildew. Ants and plants were climbing in the window and under the floor. There was a bloodstain on the queen mattress. We didn't see any bedbugs, but it didn't matter. After a few minutes inside our skin was itchy. We left immediately.

Beach weekend

Read the reviews….great location (2 1/2 blocks from boardwalk)….older beach community home…property would only rate one or two stars for amenities and furniture but it is as described and priced well below the updated properties in the area…if you want an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night (with a responsive on-site owner) than this is a good option. If you want stylish amenities than look elsewhere (and in a different price range)…ps there are ants in the kitchen (if you leave food out!) and the smell some reviewers complain about is the smell of salt air in the carpets, paint, and fabric of any beach area home older than 5 years or so

different as advertised

The property is separated into units which is not advertised. We ended up renting out 2 units because 15 wouldn’t fit in one, even though on the listing and guest information it said 15. The owner was really nice but also extremely confusing. The house was a lot dirtier than expected and quite messy with mattresses just lying around. Not awful, but especially for personally girls i could not stay. The owner gave us a bit of a difficult time checking in. We didn’t even end up staying at property after we saw conditions and smell, we squished into a different rental and didn’t return after first day. If u want a super cheap MDW/Prom weekend house and rlly don’t care about conditions maybe book but know it does look different than photos. Also owner lives in back shed/area on the property. sorry but overall bad experience.

This house should NOT be in your listing

the listing price was cheaper per day than what I got charged. the place was so damp that even the beds were stinking like mildew. the toilet was backed up, the AC was not working I could not put my family and kid in a place where they could get sick. Honestly, I don't blame the owner, I blame VRBO for allowing such a deteriorated place to be listed not to mention the only house in the entire town that looked so bad it looked like an abandoned house, weeds growing around it, furniture was old but I will never get how such a rundown property could be listed that I could not stay, we left and didn't use the property and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't have my money back. this has been the worst experience in my life. I sure hope your company does something to refund the money I spent. sorry but can't say anything good about this

Should never be listed for rent is a disgrace to WIldwood

This property should be condemned. It is not fit to rent and is a scam with pictures to make someone believe that you can stay here in comfort. Property owners should need to update pictures at least yearly to continue using a booking pictures. No longer will i look on Vrbo or Expedia for rentals.

Great location

The house was nice but kind of tight for a group of 8 since there is only one bathroom available. The owner was incredible and always provided us with useful information as well as good communication. The house is in a great spot being only 2 1/2 blocks away from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a more upscale place then this property may not be for you, but if that’s not a priority, then this spot would be great for most vacationers .

This was a terrible place over grown weeds all over porch and house water in light fixtures,

The stove did not work and was filthy,ants all over the kitchen, the beds were horrible they had to be fifty years old, the bathroom door did not stay closed or lock. This house needs to be condemned. We left two days early .

Welcoming and fun home

Anthony was there at a drop of a hat whenever we needed anything! The pictures just don’t do this house justice I would recommend staying here to friends and family and I had a great time.

The ugly house of the block!!

This house is a con!! Run away.. is everything you can imagine from a dumpster! Please ! Don’t waste your time and money on this reservation.

Friendly owner

A couple of our beds were broken and there were ants in one of the beds. The AC wouldn’t work in the living room at times and the fridge was dirty.

Overall Good

The location to the beach is really good! The place is overall clean but not the cleanest to be completely honest. If you’re looking for a place to stay a few nights just to enjoy the surrounding areas this is the cheapest and best option!

Great stay for young adults

My son and 6 of his friends stayed here for “sweek” (senior week) getaway. The property was as described and priced well. They had trouble with AC the first night, but it was quickly fixed the next day. Anthony is quick to respond and closeby for anything that might arise during your stay. The boys said they would stay again.

Great Spot

We had 13 people and it fit all of us, it was a little crammed but 13 people is definitely gonna crammed up anywhere. We really liked the neighborhood and distance from the beach and Wawa's and everything else it's close to everything. The house isn't the largest or nicest but it's gets the job done and I'd book again.
