We loved the condo! Lovely decor and steps from the beach and pools. Parking was always available under the building. It was a great home base as we continued our exploration of what's new this year in Wildwood. Maria (the host) was so communicative before and after our stay. Thanks for a great time!

This condo is an excellent choice for your stay in Wildwood Crest / Lower Township. It’s a home away from home! This unit was extremely clean, comfortable, organized and perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Plenty of amenities with the condo and within the gated community at Seapointe Village. We had a perfect view of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped grounds from the main balcony. We also enjoyed the views of the pool and tennis courts from the extra balcony off the main bedroom. Communication with the owner was super easy and they were readily accessible to answer questions at any time. Check-in and check-out were smooth with a checklist provided in the unit handbook. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this unit without reservation.

The Perfect Location for Fun and Relaxation.

Our stay at Seapointe Village exceeding our expectations. We were very pleased with the condo and all the exciting amenities that went along with it. Whether it was the pools or the beautiful beach, our family had the best time. We can't wait to go back next year!

Great vacation at Seapointe Village

Our family had a great time. Great location! Loved. having the beach right there and then could go to the pool for a swim. You could bbq- also close to restaurants and Cape May. Maria was a great host. Very responsive and informative, would stay again.

Awesome Accommodations and Responsive Manager

My family and I stay in Wildwood Crest at a motel a year ago for our daughters dance competition. The place was small, difficult parking, refrigerator that didn’t work and spoiled our food and so on. So when we heard we were going back this year for the same competition we immediately started looking for alternative accommodations. This is when we found Maria’s condo at Sea Pointe Village on VRBO. It was our first experience with renting through VRBO and not a hotel so we were a little nervous. But everything worked out flawlessly. Maria contacted us right away, provided great detailed information and met every date that was promoised. The location was just beautiful, the condo was HUGE, it was very clean and just felt comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the place, the pools, the beach access and just the overall home like feeling. We would not hesitate to stay here again - A++

Great location!

The location is amazing. The condo is lovely and well-stocked. We comfortably slept our family of five. Maria is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay at Diamond Beach!

Nice Accommodations in Wildwood

This is the first time renting a condo. Much more space and comfort than renting a hotel room. Would rent this property again if available next year

Happy Place

Thrilled we were able to get in this year. Seapointe Village had been sold out since Jan!! This is our go to every year. Never disappoints. Condo was great. Til next time!

Wonderful stay

Relaxing and beautiful complex with clean / comfortable/ well equipped unit with exceptional ocean and garden view. One of the best units I’ve stayed at in Seapointe village. Great communication with host as well! Will most definitley return.

Something for everyone

This Seapointe Village property comes with access to four pools and hot tubs. Each pool has it’s own benefits. There were tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and fire pits. Many gas grills and easy access to the beach. You can rent beach equipment, if you bring your own I highly recommend getting a wagon designed for the sand. This unit was situated at the farthest building with a great view of the courtyard and a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean and spacious. Close enough to all the boardwalk action (short drive away) but far enough away Wildwood Crest feels like a tranquil neighborhood. Very family friendly property.

Great stay

Well kept, clean and the beach is literally right out your door. First time in this area of Wildwood Crest and it was very enjoyable.

Great time

Convenient, well maintained, clean unit walking distance to the beach. We were at the beach eight straight days. We spent some time in the heated pool, hot tub. Dined at night in beautiful Cape May. Ice cream & miniature golf at Starlux. It could not have been better!

Beach vacation

This was our third time in Seapointe Village; we really like the resorty feel of the complex and the Diamond beach. The condo itself is close to the beach and has all needed amenities. The only comment i would make is that the cleanness of the condo was below what i would expect especially during the COVID pandemic. Overall, we had a great family time. I would come back.

Great week in Seapointe Village

We loved everything about our stay in this condo! Maria was in touch prior to our stay to provide thorough information about check in, the condo, the complex and surrounding area. The condo was beautiful, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need or want. We enjoyed having meals on the balcony. Since we are still in pandemic, we were pleased with the way Seapointe Village managed the pool access and common areas. I look forward to staying at Maria’s condo again.
