David’s place was amazing! We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to move, sit, cook, and relax together and separately! The access to the beach was super convenient and not having to lug chairs down was a definite bonus! And the pool was divine! Best part was the evening sunsets from the balcony! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our beach vacation!

September at the Beach

This was my second stay at this property, and it was as good as I remembered. Location is perfect as well as the amenities. The condo is comfortable and very well maintained. I will go book early to go back next year.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at The Grand on Diamond Beach. The condo is bright, welcoming and well cared for. We felt at ease and grateful for the lovely amenities that The Grand has to offer… amazing views, beautiful pool, amazing beach complete with friendly beach attendants. The owner was accessible and helpful. It was truly a treat to stay here for a week. We love the location- so close to Cape May and the fun Wildwood Boardwalk. Definitely recommend and would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. Dave was great to work with and made the process very easy. The condo is beautiful and the property has a great pool area. We loved that they have lounge chairs and umbrella set up at the beach.

Summer vacation

We stayed at this superb condo for seven days. The condo was super clean, well appointed and sun-filled. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The Hollywood bathroom in the en suite was a delight. So was the Viking appliances. The private beach and infinity pool was amazing. We will return for sure. Dave was the perfect host

The Grand Amazing Vacation

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand in Diamond Beach this past week. Dave The owner of the condo that we rented from was amazing from the first communication all the way until we left. In regard to his condo it’s a three bedroom and two full bathrooms and close to 2000 ft.². The condo is absolutely gorgeous. I have been traveling down to Wildwood crest for years and this is by far the best vacation I’ve had in that area. In addition to Dave’s condo being immaculate, the amenities are through the roof at the grand. From the infinity pool that is heated and the private beach where they have a service that sets up your chairs and umbrellas for you. You don’t have to bring anything down with you except for towels everything else is provided for you. I really cannot stress enough How incredible Dave’s condo was. I have already booked my vacation for next year with Dave literally as we just got back from our vacation. This will be a place me and my family vacation to for a long time. Anyone who is looking to go down the shore once you go to Dave’s condo at the grand, you quickly realize there’s nowhere else better to stay. Thank you again for everything Dave you really made my daughters vacation really special for them.

Grand Indeed!

The Grand is massive, so luxurious and beautiful. David’s home was gorgeous, tastefully decorated and had amazing views for sunset from the balcony. Our family of 5 was more than comfortable with the bedroom arrangement and bathrooms. The beach concierge service is top notch, (Jimmy & co) are the friendliest guys and very courteous. The infinity pool was beautiful, and we finished off every night in the game room playing pool, foosball, shuffle board and PlayStation. Diamond Beach is our favorite and will definitely come back and stay at David’s home again! Thank you for a memorable trip!

Fantastic trip to Diamond Beach!

This was our second year staying in our unit and it was amazing!!!! We really love the unit and were really excited to come back this year for 2 weeks. Once again the condo and building amenities did not disappoint. Beautiful infinity pool, beach chair set-up and convenient food options. Condo is really lovely and immaculate. Beds are very comfortable. Dave is always a phone call away to provide assistance if needed. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!!!

Fantastic in every way!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Dave's beautiful condo in Diamond Beach. The Grand is the most prestigious building in Wildwood and did not disappoint. The condo was stunning, immaculate and had everything we needed for a three week stay. The infinity pool was so beautiful and relaxing. Our kids went back and forth between the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was reserved for adults only. The Grand sets up beach chairs and umbrellas each day, so it is very easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Location is perfect between Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back. Also, Davis is an unbelievable owner. He is just a phone call away and is always looking to make sure that you are having a wonderful time. He makes you feel like a very special guest. Five stars all the way.

Everyone was so nice. Everyone said hello to us. We are not used to that growing up in Philadelphia.

Relaxing week in the Crest

We have stayed in Diamond Beach many times, this was one of our best experiences. Property owner was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Condo was very clean and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property, will definitely stay again.

All you can ask for. Clean, spacious and a great location. The private beach with provides chairs and umbrellas is a great feature as well. Next time we go to Cape May we will be happily stay here again.

Impeccable Beach Getaway

This was our second year staying in this gorgeous condo and I hope to be back for a third visit soon. Dave has maintained a beautiful property in an impeccably run building and offers attentive customer service at every step of the booking process -- before, during and after the stay. This property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, flooded with light all day, with stunning sunset views from the balcony. The Diamond Beach location is ideal, too -- nice and quiet but close enough to all the action in Wildwood and Cape May, another 20 minutes north to Stone Harbor and Avalon if you want different dining and shopping options. Highly recommended.

Excellent place!!! It’s our 3 rd year in a row here. Dave keeps this place nice and neat. We have 3 kids 7, 9, and 11. They love coming here every year. We tried 4 other rooms at the Grand. This is the one that feels like home to us.

Wonderful choice to stay! You really cannot go wrong at The Grand. Dave was extremely attentive checking in with us several times to be sure all arrived safely, everything was as expected for our stay and whether there was anything we needed. Great customer service!
